Lovely place within close walking distance of the university and beautiful Botanical Gardens and with free parking o on the quiet street outside. Large, bright and comfortable room and excellent breakfast. The lady on reception was wonderful: friendly, professional and very helpful. We loved the pool and steam room too. A great stay - highly recommended.
