I liked that the property was in a convenient location and it was pretty easy to get around. I also like that the towels , bedding and bathroom was very clean because a lot of hotels miss the mark on that. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Portugal. They also upgraded my room for free which was very nice !

Perfectly situated, ultra quiet, comfy, clean and convivial hotel nestled on a delightful square, and surrounded by truly excellent restaurants (indeed, one of them in in the hotel) and the best shopping in Portugal. The staff are all earnest, helpful and caring. Also, the hotel is but a five minute walk from the metro, a two minute walk to a pedestrian-only boulevard on which stands the oldest, continuously operating bookstore in the world, and is kitty-cornered to the Carmo convent, one of the few surviving relics of the earthquake that levelled the city in 1755. Oh yeah, and a nine-minute cab ride to the cruise terminal, if you’re heading off to sea after, which we were.
Located a 10-minute walk from the iconic Marques de Pombal Square and its metro station, the 4-star Lux Lisboa Park features a modern façade and a 24-hour reception.
