The receptionist/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great. The pool was lovely - though it does actually overlook the road coming alongside the property! Accommodation was modern and done well.

It’s a beautiful house in a lovely location just outside Seia. Elio is a wonderful host and does everything he can to make you feel welcomed. If you choose to have dinner there, his sister Gina cooks amazing food (in generous quantities) and you’ll spend some time getting to know the other guests and host, eating together at the dining table. The breakfast was great too, with lots of local products like figs and even homemade cheese. The dog was very sweet too!

We really enjoyed our stay here in this beautiful place. Our room was very comfortable and clean and we could fully relax here. The surrounding area with the river was stunning and we could even walk to a small waterfall. The garden was very big with beautiful flowers in bloom and we enjoyed the pool as well. Seia is a nice little city with plenty of cultural sites, restaurants, and shops. In general people are very nice and welcome visitors. Nature surrounding the city are beautiful and there are many short and long hiking trails around.

The only issue was I thought we were getting one space and we got another. Otherwise, the place was beautiful and clean. The hosts were beyond gracious...welcoming, wonderful. We will definitely go back. It was an extraordinary and wonderful trip.

Only went into Seia once during our stay but wished we'd spent more time there. Difficult time to review things because of all the restrictions at the moment. Recommend Taberna to eat, great food and lovely service.

Perfect getaway from busy life.
Perfect getaway from busy life. At the foothills of serra de estrela, the tiny villages, especially Sandomil, was a great break. The hosts at Sandomil RiverBeach Nest were fantastic. The house by the river is relaxing and zen. I would definitely come back.
Super hotel, wonderfull location. ( a bit scary to enter the small streets of the village by car but it is manageable and common to typical portuguese villages, especially in the mountains. Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice swimming pools, you can reserve (incl in your room rate) the indoor spa and pool for 30 min in private. Staff are very helpfull and attentive. Our dog got as well a welcom gift. Not far from the hotel you can do some hiking in the forest. A very relaxing stay during our trip to the south of Portugal.
The hostel is immaculate, very presentable and more like a hotel than any hostel I've stayed in previously. The facilities are excellent, the room was very light and airy, with a beautiful private bathroom. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the whole place is so fresh and new. I had a wonderful stay there without any disturbance. The staff are absolutely wonderful and couldn't do enough to help. I'll definitely return on my next trip to Seia.
Fantastic experience! Really comfortable and quiet. We were there for a few days of cycling in the Serra da Estrela and the location was perfect. Our host was very welcoming and treated us like family. I can’t say enough good things about them.
The hotel is very nice, the location is excellent to be nearby the city center and to explore Serra da Estrela. The staff and owners are super kind. We really enjoy our stay there and will definitely go back
