This is a nice spacious apartment next to a canal in a quiet location. Even though it was close to the canal we were not bothered too much by mossies' and the sound of the frogs was not disturbing . The flat is set back from the beach but the town is interesting, check out the Texas bar

Lovely beach but out of season lacked atmosphere as many things were closed. We had really bad weather making it difficult to get out and about. Can only imagine a month earlier would have been ideal. We visited end of October.

Cute beach lodging.
Cute beach lodging. The family room number 1 does not have a window or door to the outside and is a bit dark. So if you are looking for lots of light avoid this room. The bathroom with a wash basin, shower and toilet is tiny. My shower didn't provide any water pressure at night or in the morning so I had to skip it. Mine was the only one with this problem. The polite staff apologized when I told them. That was all and I thought I paid a rate for a complete room. All was nicely clean.
The breakfast was very good and there was homemade cake as well. If you really need/ want to be close to the beach this may be a good choice.

The building are ugly and don’t follow a pattern. There is nothing to enjoy around the beach but surprisingly the people we saw there, most of them were young.
The beach looks nice but the wind didn’t help. We couldn’t enjoy it.
The food at the restaurants is kind expensive. We could find any place that would sell between 6,50€ to 8€ per person. I recommend the restaurant Costa do Mar. You can order cod fish for 13€ and it’s enough for two people. The other dishes I think are just for one person. The food is good there

Breakfast is self service, breads and cereals with some juice plus teas and coffee. Private bathroom with good shower and nice fluffy towels.

Great apartment, superb space with built in BBQ, had everything you needed for a stay.
Fantastic restaurant just round the corner (Petisc'Art) and lots of small supermarkets within a few hundered metres.
Beach front only a short walk away.

The hotel is pleasant and the staff was very kind and willing to help. The room was big and impeccably clean. Very good breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. An experience to be repeated.
Fantastic hotel with sumptuous rooms and surroundings. Really friendly staff and one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Bicycle safely stored in the underground garage.
