We liked best of all the very nice welcome and friendliness we received from the reception team and in particular the way Emon looked after us throughout our 7 night stay. We have never received such good service from a hotel and we’ve stayed in many over the years. Many thanks to Emon he is a credit to your hotel.
We also liked the room size, the comfort of the bed, the hotel location, and the cleanliness throughout.
The car park for the hotel was easily accessed direct from the main road and we enjoyed use of the disabled space which we needed as I have mobility problems. We were also given a 3rd floor room close to the lift which also made life easier for us.
