Sebastiao gives you a hearty warm welcome on arrival with many tips on the area. The place is mostly quiet except for the occasional train that doesn't run late in the night. The town is a pleasant 5-10 mins walk along the river where you can find cafes, restaurants and all the attractions. The pool is a bonus!

We liked Estelle’s friendly manor, she made us feel at home, the breakfasts were fantastic, she was very accommodating to gluten free requirements in our group and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
