Breakfast is not good enough from our point of view. It starts at 9:00 am, too late for us. It is hard to find the cafe where the breakfast is. Not that much choice to choose and the owner can not speak English. We have paid for the three days and after the first day we gave up. We went shopping in local supermarket and had breakfast home instead.

Room was of adequate size with storage space as required. Shower was in bath and, as you get older, stepping in and out can get problematic. Very nice breakfast spread put on both days with lots of food but not much variety of items. As always, orange juice was concentrated and watered down which, in Spain the home of oranges, always amazes me!

Unbelievably helpful staff, everyone at the front desk and I am sorry I can only remember Antonio's name - there was another gentleman and a very nice woman as well. Very nice breakfast. Lovely, spacious room with large balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Location downtown was fine - some people mention concerns about it, but we felt safe walking and were directed to some great local restaurants nearby.

Location was excellent a couple minutes walk to the metro and ten minutes walk into the city centre! Nice cafes for brunch even closer nearby! All within a busy area so felt safe walking to/from the hotel!
Front desk staff were always helpful and staff at the restaurant very attentive and polite.
Also they were able to keep heavy bags on the day of checkout as my flight wasn’t until late at night and I wanted to explore more so this was super helpful!
