Just to say that in 20 years living in Portugal this was the worst experience ever. It always a problem when a nice place run by amateurs, who doesn’t know what clients service is. In my opinion, and i travel arothe world for the past 35 years, when you start neglecting you clints need and only thinks how to get more and more money, this when you start loosing everything! I hope this property will change they attitude! Screaming at pregnant woman at her wedding day, even if she is wrong completely, is just not right!!!!

As they say there, "TROCA NOTA" is Hunters, Fishermen & Lyars restaurant. One thing they don't lie about is the flavourish and fabulous grill of local beef at a very good price. The owners run the show and are incredibly nice. must get back, for sure
The hotel villa where I stayed was an amazing place! It had a beautiful pool where I could relax and soak up the sun. The grill was perfect for enjoyable evenings with friends, cooking delicious food in the fresh air. Additionally, the villa's location amidst vineyards created a charming atmosphere. Staff were kind and helpful. Everything was really clean. Kids loved the pool and the crazy golf. There were bicycles to get around the hotel site as its so huge.
