Room was of adequate size with storage space as required. Shower was in bath and, as you get older, stepping in and out can get problematic. Very nice breakfast spread put on both days with lots of food but not much variety of items. As always, orange juice was concentrated and watered down which, in Spain the home of oranges, always amazes me! Receptionist in the morning after the car incident was very helpful trying to find a company to replace the broken door glass

Unbelievably helpful staff, everyone at the front desk and I am sorry I can only remember Antonio's name - there was another gentleman and a very nice woman as well. Very nice breakfast. Lovely, spacious room with large balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Location downtown was fine - some people mention concerns about it, but we felt safe walking and were directed to some great local restaurants nearby.

Our room was as described maybe a bit small but well equipped and with very comfortable bed. I loved the Rituals toiletries and the shower was super. It’s close to the Metro station which goes right into Porto and across the bridge.
