The view is amazing. The pictures were made in a cloudy weather, but the house is surrounded by beautiful green mountains, it’s very quiet and even the road to the house is picturesque that you‘d want to stop every moment to take pictures. It’s a good base for many hikes which are in a short ride distance. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was very pleasant, he is a nice and caring person and he gave me great tips on where to eat and go.

The Quinta was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. There was a fireplace but we didn't use. Beautiful flowers around the grounds. The location is up in the mountains about 1/2 hour from Funchal. There was a Sunday market in town as well as some small markets and places to eat. A storm Monday night took out the electricity when we awoke in the morning. Very clean place and lots of room. We had a 1 bedroom unit. Was great to have a kitchen and fridge to make coffee in the morning.

The location was really nice, up a hill with a view of the valley below. The host was extremely nice and helpful, the house was equipped with everything we needed and more, bathroom was clean and kitchen well equipped. And all that for a very reasonable price.

The studio meets the expecations. The hosts were very quick in answering our questions. They offered us fruit from their garden, wine produced by their family and homemade biscuits. Their kitchen is well equipped which allowed us to enjoy a homemade dinner. Their washing machine was also useful after our hikes. Definitely the most hospital stay we had in Madeira island.
