We wanted to visit places such as Porto and Aveiro but didn't want to stay in a city and Esmoriz is ideally placed for easy access to those cities. If you have children Esmoriz has a lovely sandy beach.
The apartment was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a family of 4 adults for a weeks stay - A well equipped kitchen, towels and beach mats and deck chairs etc. The large wraparound balcony with its stunning view was its highlight as it faced southwest- lovely sunsets. It is located in a nice corner of esmoriz in front of the beach and near bars and restaurants. The pool area was lovely- clean and well maintained.
I can recommend. Great location - 1 minute to Ocean, very good sand beach. Very friendly staff (no, VERY friendly!). Good and not so expensive cafeteria at hotel and many restaurants around. Clean room, fresh renovation. Very good for people that focus on a healthy lifestyle: good menu, small kitchen for your own food, yoga lessons, bicycles for rent and ocean...It was a good time, thank you very much.
The hotel was easy to find late at night and parking spaces were available right outside the door.
Check in was quick and all staff encountered were very pleasant and helpful. The also spoke English which was not expected.

Simon was a very nice and kind host and made sure everything was in order to fulfill our requests. The house is gorgeous, and well taken care of. The room was spacious and comfy. The breakfast was good. We even got a souvenir from the hosts!

I love that place so much! The hotel is very close to the ocean. There are many beautiful places you can go to. The room was cosy and clean. The personel is very kind and helpful. One of my favorite parts of the day was breakfast. I truly cannot wait to be back.

The owners were really really kind, the hotel had a really cozy vibe and clean itself. And the beach, where you can walk to in just a few minutes, was probably the most beautiful one I’ve been to in Portugal!
