The breakfast was lovely either indoors or outdoors. Currently, you have unlimited choice off the menu and they are happy to bring you whatever you like. The grounds and endless views of the Tagus River are amazing as is the natural setting. We didn't have a chance to swim in the pool however it looked inviting. We left early in the morning and, upon request, they made sure we had some food to take with us in place of the morning breakfast. The staff went out of their way to help including Pedro and Carolina.

This hotel exceed my expectations. It is a really great value for the price. It's well located and only a short walk to the beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well organized. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook meals. There's also a grocery store conveniently located next door. Even though the kitchen, terrace and bathrooms are a shared space, everything is organized well, cleaned daily and arranged in a way that still offers privacy. I'd highly recommend staying here for a trip to Costa da Caparica.

It is strange that the reception staff insisted that I pay for my stay in advance before we checked into the room and before we even saw it if it was nice and comfortable, if it met our requirements. It's not right to pay for a service you haven't used yet. I did not know and was not informed that there was an option to refill the water bottle.

As advertised in photos. Extra kind and thoughtful hosts. Real quality accommodations and kitchen utilities. Spacious balcony and terrace with access from living room and bedroom. Spacious enough for two and could easily accommodate a family of four using the bonus enclosed terrace room. Safe and quiet location. a lot of light and sunshine. Spend more than a weekend here! Our attached photos are views from the balcony / terrace of the apartment.We would stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to our friends and family!

A beautiful place.
A beautiful place. We travelled by train to Lisabon and took a bolt taxi, because of our huge luggage. Otherwise, one can use the fairy from Belem to Trafaria station and then walk to the surf villa (20 min), but there are also various busses with stops near the villa. In Lisbon one can use metro and other public transportation and if there is no big luggage, you can go from A to B without problem including the fairy. Everything is possible.
For those who might wish to have a beautiful beach, visit Costa da Caparica. Mainly for surf students. Portuguese people are lovely, speak almost all English and you feel at home immediately.

Costa de Caparica has a beautiful long beach, and if you can it's better to walk to the more remote end, as it gets less crowded. As for the overall experience, after visiting the Algarve coast, it felt grey and boring in comparison. I think it's generally a good spot for people coming to learn surfing, and for Lisboans looking for a weekend break, but I would not choose it as my holiday destination, and 3 days felt way too long of a stay. Portugal is so beautiful, you can definitely find better places to enjoy nature and the ocean, than here.

Stayed here for a week, with my partner and felt like home.
We didnt choose the best time to be in Caparica (it was raining most of the days and off season) but after a werk of loud and busily Lisbon, we managed to have a very quiet and relaxing time in Caparica. Host and housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful and the flat has all one needs.
Warm welcome by host! Great location and view. Lots of nice restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Sound of the waves every day just makes you happy! My partner and I got around with electrical steps (from bolt/uber) and this was an excellent way to explore the area. We also booked taxi's to go to the city of Lisbon. We should have stayed longer.
Messages were answered very quickly through the app, before we arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel is located very centrally and very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The room was very comfortable and a good size. The housekeeping was very quick to provide extra pillows, etc.
Great location for both the Beach and the Ferry to Lisbon. Good way for single travellers to meet others in the bar or terrace of the restaurant. I booked one of their cabins which was tiny but big enough to put my bicycle inside. I loved sitting outside under the pine trees and enjoy the nature.

Excellent hidden gem, albeit a bit away from downtown/Main Lisbon. Clean and spacious. no elevator so we had to lug our suitcases 2 floors! staff speaks no English but we managed using translate app! great location in terms of food/bars/supermarket.

The highlight of this property is the location. It is really great, close to a main walkable street and close to restaurants, supermarkets and about 7 mins walking to the beach. It was clean, the whole building was well taken care of.

A fantastic place to stay near Lisbon, the city and all its attractions are a short drive away and you live right by the sea. The apartment is well-equipped and the panorama from the window does the job :)
