My room was comfy, with lots of places to store my luggage. The shower and sink was easy to use, as was the air conditioning.
The bed was super comfortable, I slept like a log after each day of exploring, and the staff were very helpful, kind and patient.
I also loved that I had a day trip, where I was being picked up before breakfast service, so I asked the day before for "maybe some fruit or a pastry in a bag" - and they provided a takeaway breakfast for me to bring on my trip.
On the days I was able to sit in for breakfast, there was a lot of choice, from pancakes, to fresh bread, an amazing array of cold meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, coffee, juices with vegan and gluten free options available.
Fantastic hotel and amazing service, I will be coming back when I return to Warsaw.

Great location - I did a lot of walking from the hotel. Easy to go to the old town / city center. Big room. Only a few with balcony (for example the junior suites) but those with nice view. Drinking water was available in the lobby and twice on every floor. Refillable carafes in every room. Spacious bathroom. Great breakfast - a nice selection of food with daily changes to get you surprised.

For a budget oriented hotel in the centre of Warsaw I was quite impressed. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is great in a fantastic neighbourhood with plenty of food and drink options nearby.

Ząbki is nothing more but an outlying suburb of Warsaw with a mix of housing estates as dull as ditchwater. The only upside being its convenient location by a commuter railway providing quick access to Warsaw proper.
