The lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with a smile on her face all the time.
Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, kettle in the room is a plus. Nice hotel surrounding. I stayed for two nights and I recommend!

We stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight. The hotel is around 30 minutes walking distance from the airport, no uber would accept our request on the morning (and we didn't bother waiting for a taxi). The hotel generally seems to be catering more towards weddings and other events, but was good for a night. The room is cozy, the interior a bit dated but in good condition. Cleanliness is good. Nice outdoor area, and nice walking opportunities to the fortress.

The internet informations looked good. Price for the room in my opinion was to high but the distance to the airport was the major reason why I have chosen this location. It was a very warm day. Rooms are located on a second floor. Above is only the roof. Poor insulation plus not working A/C no chance to have a good night rest at the room temperature easily at 28 C. Open windows couldn’t cooled the room. Complain at the reception was ignored (what can I do? I’ll inform technician tomorrow ). Taxis running without the taxis meter. It looks like a mafia is running this town. Ryan Air and Wizz Air are like an old busses where chairs are not reclining. First and last time I have booked the inexpensive Air Travel Company's. is it really inexpensive? I have booked a flight with a 10 kg bag.
When you add a checked luggage the ticket price goes sharply up. Never again.

If you ever get blocked at Modlin airport, this is the perfect hotel. Modlin may be very interesting for Military history (used to be the border when Poland was divided), fortresses, strange tunnels .. beautiful river passing in the middle.

Perfect for early flights out of Modlin Airport!
Perfect for early flights out of Modlin Airport! Accommodating staff & comfortable facilities. Good value for money. Convenient transit location right in train station with regular shuttle to Modlin airport (for 6 zl & 10min travel time) & regular trains into central Warsaw (about 12zl & 40 min travel). Your room gets assigned a breakfast plate the night before which was perfect as I had to leave at 4am the next morning & was able to pack it up to go. Breakfast was ham, butter & cheese (with jam & bread freely available but since I am wheat intolerant I always carry rice cakes so was much happier this than the standard sandwichy/ pastry options you get at hotels). Access to communal fridge/ kettle etc so you can make yourself comfortable.
· Can be hard to find if you aren't a local Warsuwian! The hostel is at Modlin train station, not Nowy Dwor Mazowiecki station. Sleeping next to a train line is superb for transit but has the downside of trains passing through under your window until about 23:00 and again from about 4am (luckily they give you a set of earplugs with your room but light sleepers might struggle). Some of the English signage didn't make sense. Location is a bit isolated - takes long to get a taxi if you miss the airport shuttle or train.

very quiet and peaceful, just what I needed , the grounds where beautiful and a nice place to relax and listen to the bird life after not hearing anything in Ukraine for 5 months.Stopped for 2 nights on route from Kyiv Ukraine on my way back home to the UK. I only had breakfast on my 2 days, but there was a good choice of food to choose from. Beautiful building to look at from the outside.Big bedroom and king size bed and big on suite shower room. Brilliantly close to Modlin airport, that’s why I booked it, 5 minutes taxi ride.
We only stayed one night between flights. The location is very good if you fly from Modlin, the hotel is a short drive from the airport. The airport bus and train to Warzaw are a short walk away (same street). Main street is a few minutes walk, we found a pizzeria and a couple of small shops there.
We only met the receptionist and he was very nice. He even drove us to the airport in the very early morning. He also gave recommendations on where to go for dinner (and had a few delivery options as well).
We stayed there because it was close to Warsaw Modlin airport and very convenient for our early morning departure flight and late night arrival especially due to its self check. But it was more than that! It was cosy and well equiped with everything you might need! Even bottles of water and chocolate snacks waiting for us! There were also enough parking places on the street. Will definitely stay there again when travelling to and from Warsaw Modlin!
The apartment is really close to the Modlin airport. I reached it walking for half an hour, there is a bike lane that from the airport goes to the Nowy Dwór town.
In front of the building there is a pharmacy and at the end of the street a mart.
In the apartment you can find a paper with a list of the local restaurants that do food deliveries.
The town is nice and calm: you can take long walks and visit the fortress.
The hotel is within walking distance of the train station where you can arrive from the airport (public transport runs every 15 minutes). There is a pizzeria where you can have lunch or dinner and a grocery store.
The hotel rooms are cozy and clean with a modern design. There is a Very Comfortable mattress and I slept well. Friendly staff in the hotel. Free tea/coffee. So everything was fine.
The hotel is situated right in the train station, which makes it extremely convenient if you need to take an early or late train or flight - there is a bus stop right outside the train station where you can take a bus to the Modlin airport (5 min ride). There is a kitchen, shared bathrooms and everything you may need for a short stay. Highly recommended, I'll definitely come back.
Simple hotel a couple of minutes away (taxi) from Modlin airport. The double bed + sofa room was specious and clean. We arrived late and left early, can't say anything about the kitchen, or the area.
However, if you are looking for mind-blowing garden gnomes, don't look further.
Aside from the apartment is lovely, warm and cosy the owner Monika was very helpful and accomodating. Very responsive for all the queries.
Place is just few minutes walk to the grocery sote, appoximately 10km from modlin airport and train station going to warsaw city.

The hotel is very close to the Modlin airport, which is very convenient. The place is gorgeous 🤩.
The room was small, but cozy. Though outside the room it was hot, inside there was a bit cold. But for one night it was ok.
Taxi drivers know where this hotel is. The receptionist checked us in at 1 AM and let us check out at 4 AM. The rooms are very comfy and clean. There is some free stuff (tea, coffee, kettle) in the room.
Stayed here one night as I'd an early flight from Modlin Airport. Hotel very nice, comfortable, staff very helpful. Taxi booked by hotel arrived on time!
