Steam bath was out of order, only sauna was available, besides the jacuzzis and the pools.
Mattresses and pillows are not ideal, a little increase in quality could go a long way.

House recently built so everything was clean and new. House is attractive and well designed with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. There is a lovely terrace with beautiful view over gardens below. Beautiful location on hill in forested area (ski area in winter) and not far from many attractions in area.
We have visited the villa again . This time we stayed in the room 03 . The only issue was no microwave or stove in the kitchen especially when we travel with child . Also lack of information from the reception about access to the kids facilities outside. Apart from that everything was excellent and we will definitely visit the Saidorf again as long as the guests of the villa will have an access to the spa facilities at the hotel .
The communication was always fast and without problems no matter the question we asked. If you are looking for peace and quiet around you this is perfect. Everything worked smoothly and even when the wifi once dropped our host helped us immediately. Service was 10/10. The price is very good compared to most other locations or hotels and if you are okay with a less space, you should check this out.
Wonderful apartments in a hotel complex set in a peaceful location while close to the sights of the Karkonosze and Jelenia Góra. The accommodation is child friendly, the pool and play room are brilliant. The breakfast is great, with lots of local products as well as the usual breakfast dishes. The rooms are of a good size, decent kitchen and beds very comfy.
everything was perfect, beautiful, clean apartments, peace and relaxation, and absolutely exceptional food!!!! huge selection of ingredients for breakfast, high quality and tasty! beautiful surroundings and nature around the hotel, great price for this luxury, we have nothing to complain about, we will definitely come back
We absolutely loved our stay in Sosnowka! This place was just idyllic and serene! Cabin was really clean and comfortable, also very impressed with the interiors. The location of the building is fantastic and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We also purchased an access to the hottub for an additional feel (170PLN).
This hotel is exactly like it is on the pics. We spent two nights in the hotel and it was amazing. The food is excellent, design of the hotel is absolutely stunning. People who work here are nice, friendly and have a smile on their face all the time! This is the definitely the place we will visit again!
Amazing spot. The snowy Karkonosze main range is reflected in the Sosnówka water reservoir, and you can see the picturesque village church spires. You can go for a slow walk on the southern sunny meadows and reach the Henryk's Castle landmark. The house itself felt to me very cosy and relaxing.
Very nice garden. Beautiful view. Very nice hotel and room design. Great pool and spa space. Amazing place will recommend to anyone - mountain view is a must have. Delicios food in the restaurant and breakfast buffet. Massage at the spa was great but little bit expensive.

Cottage location is great, convenient to cover the near by spots in Sosnowka, Host was very friendly and helpful nature. Highly recommended for family with kids and looking to chill out.
