I would like to say a big thank to the owner and staff of the hotel for everything you do to maintain the service at the highest level.
From the very beginning to the end of our holiday everything went perfectly - despite the fact that we had a special request (my friend suffers from claustrophobia) we asked to change the room with a view of the forest. Despite the fact that there were no available rooms in the system, the staff quickly took all measures and provided us with the desired room.
An interesting program has been compiled for guests, free yacht cruises, spa.
The cuisine is incredibly delicious. The coastal area with entertainment and a super atmosphere will not leave you indifferent.
The entire territory is perfectly clean, perfectly maintained with perfect repair.
Here your holiday will be worth every penny paid.
Despite the fact that during our stay at the hotel there were many visitors in connection with the event, this did not affect our holiday at all.

Unfortunately the doors were not sound proof and I could hear the company in the opposite room loud and clear. There were no clothes hangers in the cupboard, nor a hook anywhere. Breakfast in the restaurant was being served only from later on (08.30?) but instead they brought a very copious breakfast to your room at the requested time.
Great pool and SPA, great points of view on the river. Good to have a walk or ride the bike. In the evening there is a bonfire outside where you can just sit relax or ask to prepare some meat/sausages. The only thing that worries me that if the hotel will be full like >50% I think it will be too crowdy everywhere as the pool is not huge and a-la-carte restaurant is very tiny. Despite that all was brilliant.
Very nice hotel, more suitable for conferences and business meetings/trips - but did its job well for our romantic, short stay there. Very nice surroundings. It is a big and not that cosy resort, which you can feel being their guest. Very comfortable beds, big rooms (that could use some more sophisticated furniture/design though; our 45m superior room felt a bit empty). Very good breakfast.
If you visit the place with the right expectations, you will be pleased. It provides a truly unique, magical experience. The house is not a 5-star hotel. Nevertheless, a lot of things done right:

The view from the boathouse is magnificent and the interior is super cozy and comfortable. Great place to relax. It was also nice to take some walks along the riverside. Small town of Serock is close by and it was nice to go there for a coffee.
The hotel was close to Warszawa. we loved that it was right in the reservoir and surrounded by trees. The spa options were amazing. And, the breakfast buffet was a wonderful experience to wake up to each morning.
A very good 4-star hotel, it’s hard to say why it’s not 5 star. Property is modern and new, nice territory, big choice variety for breakfast, pool zone clean and relaxing
