This is a perfect example of a SUPERB short stay rental. It's minutes away from the airport and parking is plentiful and free. The owners had left bathroom products, plenty of tea/coffee, towels, water and even a fridge of food. The shower was powerful. The baby cot was great and the apartment is on the first floor (easy to get to). Plenty of playgrounds right outside for kids to play.
The hotel is very close to Warsaw Modlin Airport. The room was cosy and nice. There was no mini-bar in the room. The kettle was fine and appreciated, although some more sachets of coffee would have been nice. Naturally, I could have asked the receptionist, but I did not feel like leaving my room. The shower/toilet was a bit too crammed.

The internet informations looked good. Price for the room in my opinion was to high but the distance to the airport was the major reason why I have chosen this location. It was a very warm day. Rooms are located on a second floor. Above is only the roof. Poor insulation plus not working A/C no chance to have a good night rest at the room temperature easily at 28 C. Open windows couldn’t cooled the room. Complain at the reception was ignored (what can I do? I’ll inform technician tomorrow ). Taxis running without the taxis meter. It looks like a mafia is running this town. Ryan Air and Wizz Air are like an old busses where chairs are not reclining. First and last time I have booked the inexpensive Air Travel Company's. is it really inexpensive? I have booked a flight with a 10 kg bag.
When you add a checked luggage the ticket price goes sharply up. Never again.

If you ever get blocked at Modlin airport, this is the perfect hotel. Modlin may be very interesting for Military history (used to be the border when Poland was divided), fortresses, strange tunnels .. beautiful river passing in the middle.

Excellent location for early morning flight from Modlin, the place was clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus to Modlin stops right outside the hostel which is in the old train station building. One may expect some noise from the passing trains but the hotel provides free earplugs - how fabulous! There is no place to cook but you can make coffee and tea (provided), Modlin has few restaurants, good pizza place and a restaurant serving Polish food, both well priced. Overall excellent value, perfect location to access Modlin Airport
Simple hotel a couple of minutes away (taxi) from Modlin airport. The double bed + sofa room was specious and clean. We arrived late and left early, can't say anything about the kitchen, or the area.
However, if you are looking for mind-blowing garden gnomes, don't look further.
Everything was good, clean and; the attention of the hotel’s personnel was Excellent and I had the opportunity to know Modlin from a different perspective (historic one) instead like only the place where is the airport.
