Beautiful and cozy hotel with an astonishing view. Nice rooms, great beds, good choice of dishes for breakfast. A lot of places to go: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage. Very clean allover. Beautiful green territory. Spacious parking lot. A great aqua park in just 5 minutes drive. Great choice of restaurants with local food and incredible view nearby.

Overall, it's an excellent place to stay. The thermal baths, both indoor and outdoor, were quite enjoyable and fun. Our 2.5-year-old daughter was absolutely delighted. The rooms were quite clean, and the hotel's logistics were convenient. The food in the restaurants was also quite good. The breakfasts were exceptional, offering a wide variety of dishes.

Our first time to this area and we were really taken by...
Our first time to this area and we were really taken by everything about it - the scenery is immense, the people so friendly, the food and drink very good and excellent value for money. We did 7 different experiences in our 7 days - lakes, mountain hikes, bikes, visit to Krakow (and Oscar Schindler factory), aquapark, stunning caves just over the border in Slovakia…really would recommend this area

The slopes were not too packed, so no queues to the ski lifts.
Also, we got during the Goralski Carnival, so lots of attractions and things to do.
A good few restaurants to choose from.
Roads nicely maintained (we arrived in heavy snow).

Bukowina is an unusually crowded Polish village near the Tatra mountains. It has great views of Slovak High Tatras, and if you like to wander, ride or drive around - you'll find some marvellous viewpoints.
It's definitely not a good place if you want a peaceful stay within hotel premises. Not great for gourmet food lovers either. But if you fancy some highlander style cheese, high cholesterol, meaty diet - you might be in heaven.

Overall great location, however a bit far to main hiking trails.
We were travelling 20km each day to get to Kiry and so begin our journey for the day.
Apart from that no issues whatsoever.
You have 2 restaurants and 2 shops just down the road, one opened till 11pm, as far as I can remember.
There's also one restaurant literally 50m from the place that offers discount to the guests. However, due to staying on the trails from dusk till dawn, we didn't give it a try.

We only stayed overnight after a hike through the High Tatras, the location was chosen to be next to the Thermal Pools of Termy Bokowina. It was a great addition to the trip and an absolute mustfor relaxation purposes, recommended to all hikers.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment very much! The views from the balcony were beautiful, surroundings - quiet and relaxing. The apartment (studio to be exact) is spacious and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen.
One thing worth noting that you will need a car, since there are no shops/restaurants within easy walking distance (at least were weren't aware of any).
We would definitely stay here again!
This apartment is located exactly beside the spa. You can 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, restaurant, bus stop to Kraków. The room is spotless and convenient. Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, electromagnetic cooker are available. It is fine for preparing simple breakfast.
Very authentic cosy styled house with great views on mountains and spacious 2 bathrooms on both floors. You find everything you need for cooking as well.
And going to the ski resort Kotelnica Białczańska is just 12 min away by car. And dogs are allowed! Highly recommend!

- interior was spacious, comfortable, well eqepited, kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms;
- truly comfortable beds;
- terrace with possibility of barbecue.
Perfect stay in Bukowina Tatrzańska, close to Rusinski and Kotelnica, it has amazing facilities, a great bed and ultra great price/value rate.
Would totally recommend a stay here.

Pretty nice room with a balcony with a great mountain view. You'll have a kettle, a freezer, and a microwave, but no oven. Parking space included. It takes just 10 min drive to Kotelnica ski place. Check in and out were perfectly smooth. Overall, good value.
This quaint little hotel was a great spot to stay prior to hiking Morskie Oko. The manager was nice when we met him, though it took us a minute to figure out where we needed to be to get in. Recommended for solo travelers who just need a place to crash.

The location is good in a very, very quiet village for those who want to relax in nature, there is a grocery in front of the hotel.

Everything is new, great view from the balcony, the location is near the bus station to go to Kraków, Termy Bukowina, and a small supermarket. The price is good. We love everything about this place.
The accommodation was clean, cosy and in a great location. The owner is great, the staff are nice and the breakfast with spa were excellent! I highly recommend, we will come again!
