Beautiful and cozy hotel with an astonishing view. Nice rooms, great beds, good choice of dishes for breakfast. A lot of places to go: pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage. Very clean allover. Beautiful green territory. Spacious parking lot. A great aqua park in just 5 minutes drive. Great choice of restaurants with local food and incredible view nearby.

Overall, it's an excellent place to stay. The thermal baths, both indoor and outdoor, were quite enjoyable and fun. Our 2.5-year-old daughter was absolutely delighted. Our first time to this area and we were really taken by everything about it - the scenery is immense, the people so friendly, the food and drink very good and excellent value for money. We did 7 different experiences in our 7 days - lakes, mountain hikes, bikes, visit to Krakow (and Oscar Schindler factory), aquapark, stunning caves just over the border in Slovakia…really would recommend this area

Also, we got during the Goralski Carnival, so lots of attractions and things to do.
A good few restaurants to choose from.

Bukowina is an unusually crowded Polish village near the Tatra mountains. It has great views of Slovak High Tatras, and if you like to wander, ride or drive around - you'll find some marvellous viewpoints.
It's definitely not a good place if you want a peaceful stay within hotel premises. Not great for gourmet food lovers either. But if you fancy some highlander style cheese, high cholesterol, meaty diet - you might be in heaven.

Overall great location, however a bit far to main hiking trails.
We were travelling 20km each day to get to Kiry and so begin our journey for the day.
Apart from that no issues whatsoever.
You have 2 restaurants and 2 shops just down the road, one opened till 11pm, as far as I can remember.
There's also one restaurant literally 50m from the place that offers discount to the guests. However, due to staying on the trails from dusk till dawn, we didn't give it a try.

We only stayed overnight after a hike through the High Tatras, the location was chosen to be next to the Thermal Pools of Termy Bokowina. It was a great addition to the trip and an absolute mustfor relaxation purposes, recommended to all hikers.

The family of 4 stayed for the 5 nights at this apartment. The apartment is newly remodeled and has all necessary features for the comform living of the family or a group of friends. it is located on the second floor with the easy access. The host is a nice lady, who provided us a lot of recommendations to explore food places, attractions, hiking routes, etc
the apartment is sparkling clean, the kitchen has all utilities. The backyard has a nice view with a lot of private parking place.

The hotel has a children room with a playground. All entrances are modernised with codes. We had a few technical problems, but they were quickly resolved. We will definitely come again, but maybe we will choose bigger room for 3 persons.
I recommend this hotel. I love it. First of all, owner are very polite and client oriented. Breakfast were very delicious and prepared as for dear guests (every day we have some special meal and homemade desserts). There are small kitchen at each floor with free tea, coffee and place where heat some meal. Room was very clean.You can feel as you are not at casual hotel but at home as every element was decorated. Location also very good. It is situated near the Termy. Thank you!
The property was nice and well furnished, it had enough space for a family of 4. Kitchen was well equiped and had most of the needed things - pots, pans, plates, etc. (although coffe maker was not present as indicated in the pictures). The was nice view of the mountains outside and surrounding area. We recommend this apartment for families if the steep stairs is not an issue!

We really liked the location of Willa Roztoka, staff were friendly, beautiful view from the rooms, nice variety of breakfast, great outdoor and indoor play area for kids, mini fridges in rooms as wells as possibility of massage on premises. It is very close to shops, and a short walk to spa -Termy Bukowina. I would highly recommend it.

The room is spacious, very comfy and it has everything you need for the stay. Two double beds, sofa, chairs, dinner table with chairs, kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge and dishes.
But the best part was the view from the main balcony with enough space to have mountain view breakfast!

The view from the property was excellent, with a reasonable amount of space in the room and an excellent bathroom. However the room wasn’t as clean as I would expect. The staff were very nice and the on-site restaurant was very good as well as the location of the hotel.
Pretty nice room with a balcony with a great mountain view. You'll have a kettle, a freezer, and a microwave, but no oven. Parking space included. It takes just 10 min drive to Kotelnica ski place. Check in and out were perfectly smooth. Overall, good value.
