We upgraded our room as we were put in a twin bed, cannot remember if that’s what we booked. But martyna was extremely helpful, polite and friendly, and swapped us round.

I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Oświęcim and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Breakfast was varied and delicious, providing a great start to the day. The location is convenient, within walking distance to key attractions. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommend!

A great hotel with great facilities! The room was good, but no air-conditioning. The room itself was simple, but clean. Breakfast was amazing/delicious! Plenty of fruit, cakes, savory, juice and coffee. Unfortunately I was not able to use the spa and massage facilities, but they sure looked fantastic! Parking the car can be a bit tricky, since the parking lot is all over the hotel's property.
