A fantastic slope for beginners.
A fantastic slope for beginners. Intermediate skiers can also find something to keep them entertained. A perfect place to go with kids, big and small, with lots of slopes to choose from. However, it can get quite crowded during the school holidays and at weekends.

Białka Tatrzańska as a ski resort is unique as it has not become yet a mass tourists spot that would damage its natural beauty. And that is what I value most about this place. The ski area is perfect to every detail. I loved STOK school and instructors, and Waluś Ski Rental.
Rezydencja Diamond exceeded my expectations and for sure we will come back. There weren't long queues on ski stations, Karcma Bania was the best to relax apres-ski and the whole area was just beautiful. My kids loved skiing routes and we all want to come back.

Very small place with one street.
Very small place with one street. Good for skiing and hot spring baths, but nothing else. Beautifull surroundings like Niedzica. Białka is very close to Zakopane - winter capital of Poland. We found nice place to eat called Litworowy Staw.

Perfect location.
Perfect location. A tiny bit problematic if you don't speak Polish - the staff tries speaking English, which counts a lot! In the end, you can communicate :). The pool and sauna are excellent. If you want to mix pool and skiing, it's a perfect place for you.

The best kids hotel we been to in poland we overall loved it and for 4 star hotel it was really good, needs to be improved is wifi was super slow no parking next to the hotel and they over sold the day pass for the thermal pools which made it hard to enjoy it in some of the days (when you order an hotel with this you expect as a guess of the hotel to not be over crowded i understand the need to sell outside day passes for other people just maybe limit it so it was effect the guest of your own hotel)

Spent a week here and liked it a lot.
The hotel is very well located, has nice mountain views and skibus stop is like 100m from the hotel. The hosts were very nice and easy to reach.
The breakfasts were tasty and the hosts made their best to vary the meals. Breakfast time is 8-10, so one needs to hurry, to hop on the first ski lift at 9.
The public kitchenette while being small offers enough appliances. Special thanks for the coffee machine available 24/7.
Hotel also offers ski storage with the boot dryer.
Friendly and helpful staff: provided information we needed for the bus schedule and skiing lessons, gave us extra toiletries upon request.
Cozy design of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, bathroom and shower fully functional and a comfortable bed.
Hotel has a jacuzzi, 3 saunas and billiard which was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing.
Great and hearty breakfast, wide selection of food.

nice hotel, close to the kaniowka ski lifts (5 minute walk) and a 10 minute walk to the skibus that will take u to kotelnica ski resort. the hotel has basic rooms, breakfast is good, there's a ping pong table, billiard table, a gym, foosball table and a bar which is a big plus but everything closes at 10pm. The kaniowka ski lift is small, has 2 or 3 lifts, and one of them is very kids friendly.

It’s really close to the slopes, not more than 10 minutes walking distance from the main chairlift, ski ticket office, rentals and a huge spa center. The breakfast was great, including scrambled eggs, lots of choices for different polish style meats, bread, coffee, tea, etc. Also, it’s nice that breakfast begins one hour before the chairlift starts working at 9 am.
The place was quite easy to find, and parking was a breeze. The room that we got was spacious. Feels very clean with ample towels for all guests. There were 2 separate balconies and both had fantastic views.
Had dinner at their in-house restaurant, and everything we ordered was delicious.

Great Location, walking distance to the ski area. The couple that own the place are beyond friendly and very accommodating! Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast is wonderful with free tea, coffee, water and juice at your disposal all day. There’s a lovely lounge with a TV to relax. Definitely would visit again and highly recommended!!
I really loved the place, the room was very comfortable and clean, the hotel facilities were great, we enjoyed the jacuzzi, play room (board games and pool table) and barbecue area. The owners were amazing with us, they delivered a great customer service experience, friendly and helpful.

SPA there is amazing and Sauna good too, Massage lady Annya is excellent professional, probably she is the only reason if I come back to Dimond Apparthotel. Staff in reception & Spa is very nice and supportive!
