Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English.
Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses.
Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time!
The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free.
Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do.
There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!!
If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h).
To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap!

Everything, it's a very short trip from Krakow airport, using Uber it's super cheap. The hotel does not have a restaurant,but using the app Pyszne.pl, which is like just eat, I could order anything from so many restaurant. My order was with me within 20 minutes. The history of the place is just incredible, I like that they left little printed leaflets in your room for you to have a look. Just fantastic, and something different from chain hotels. If you want to discover and experience something unique, this is definitely the place.
The hotel is conveniently located next to the Krakow airport. It's a more simple hotel, but has all the comfort and service that you can require. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night (which I would assume most people do?) before our flight from Krakow airport. We're a family of three, and was a perfect fit for our family in terms of comfort, cleanliness, proximity to the airport etc.
Also, they do offer transfer from the hotel to the airport, in case you get to the hotel by car.
The room was clean and had a nice, large bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but there was a decent amount of road noise. The hotel is located right off a busy road near the airport. Your room rate includes free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was nice. Even if you're not arriving by plane, one of the Kraków train lines ends at the airport. Overall, this is a good place to stay for one night for anyone with an early departure from KRK.
The room was fantastic, incredibly comfortable and everything was spotless. The staff were wonderful and the hotel, while small, felt very premium with a very nice lounge. It was a perfect location as I was flying from Krakow Airport the next day which is a 10 minute walk down the road, they do offer a shuttle bus as well. Overall I had a very comfortable last night in Poland for my holiday and it was the cherry on the cake of an amazing holiday.
The host at the hotel was extremely helpful, we had an issue with our phones not working and were trying to order food to our room, and he was willing to help us order our food. The room was great, clean, and was very spacious. They offer a shuttle to the airport at all times during the night!
The palace hinted at an interesting history and once breathtaking gardens and building. We had clean comfortable rooms and access to a lovely dining area and kitchen. It’s proximity to the airport was what drew us to this location. Far more interesting than a hotel.
Hotel is located pretty close to airport - up 10 minutes car ride. I liked that the airport transfer available 24/7. The hotel room is really clean and beds were comfortable. Enough space for your stuff. Perfect for one night stay if you have a late flight.
Great location near airport and bus to downtown Krakow. Arrived late around 1am and there was someone there as I had let them know. It was comfortable and clean and the perfect start to my Poland experience. Quiet even though it's so close to an airport.
Very helpful staff and it is located 5 minutes away from the airport by car. My flight was at 7 am and the hotel’s staff booked a taxi for me and had no trouble getting to the airport even that early in the morning (5 am)

The hotel's location was appropriate. It took 10 minutes to walk from the train station. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was convenient. Also, they provided a ride to the airport for 10zl.
This was a newly built hotel. The facilities are in great shape. The hotel shuttle picked us up late at night from the airport. Taxis are expensive to take to the Krakow city center. We used Uber.
