The hotel is clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds. Esthetically the place looked nice (not "outdated" as the photos might have suggested). I liked to get some work done from my laptop on the sunny terrace as there were chairs and tables available for the hotel guests. The stay exceeded the expectations I and my friend had.

The fact that the parking lot is available for free as part of the stay is a great advantage. The breakfast was in the form of a buffet with many options available from 8 am. The hotel is conveniently located, next to a beautiful park, within a walking distance from the city centre.

Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English.
Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses.
Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time!
The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free.
Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do.
There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!!
If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h).
To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap!

Everything, it's a very short trip from Krakow airport, using Uber it's super cheap. The hotel does not have a restaurant,but using the app Pyszne.pl, which is like just eat, I could order anything from so many restaurant. My order was with me within 20 minutes. The history of the place is just incredible, I like that they left little printed leaflets in your room for you to have a look. Just fantastic, and something different from chain hotels. If you want to discover and experience something unique, this is definitely the place.
This is an excellent location should you have an early morning flight out of the Krakow airport. The staff was excellent! And the room was very clean and provided tea and coffee. I liked everything about this place. I was also able to visit Krakow by using the airport to old town train and then returned to the hotel via a bus. The man who runs the hotel is very hard working and kind.
The perfect stay if you have to catch an early flight. The airport is about 10min on foot from the hotel. It is comfortable, the rooms are spacious and modern with even some design elements that won't let you forget what city you are in. Nothing else around it really, so I don't see a reason why someone would choose to stay there unless the need for close proximity to airport.

Lovely spacious room with modern decor ( although a little bit warm) staff were very helpful and attentive. Dinner was nice and not too expensive. We had a very early start and the hotel has a few early snacks and hot drinks to set you up for the day if you miss the full breakfast
Stayed here the night before our super early flight. Breakfast buffet was set up from 3am which was a nice touch as we had to be at the airport for 4am. The hotel is right next to the airport so very convenient. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Huge TV and a nice shower. We will definitely stay here again when we revisit Krakow.
It is located a few minutes away from Krakow airport. Place was really quiet, so we could have a good rest. Not far from the hotel is a Zabka, in case you need to buy some groceries. Positive point that they offer you a transfer for free to the airport, no matter at what hour (in our case, 4:30 in the morning).

Location was great, especially for me as I had 20 hours in Krakow and was on an early flight back, so being close to the airport and having a free pickup/drop off service provided by Airpark Balice was an added bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and modern.
The palace hinted at an interesting history and once breathtaking gardens and building. We had clean comfortable rooms and access to a lovely dining area and kitchen. It’s proximity to the airport was what drew us to this location. Far more interesting than a hotel.
