I like staying in the Cityland because it's near McDonalds and 711 Convenient Store. I guess if you need some toiletries or snacks you can easily go there. I also like that there is a Massage Parlor below, and even some restaurants if you want a quick dinner or so. Our room faces the Taal Lake so its an advantage.

It's best to arrive at Twin Lakes as early as possible to avoid the traffic due to construction of the overpass at the Mendez intersection (which may last till end of 2024). You can enjoy the buffet breakfast at Twin Lakes hotel. Recommended restaurants are Amare la Cusina, Chesa's, and Sonya's Garden.

If you want to get a quick escape get-away weekend or overnight from the crowded metro, Tagaytay definitely should be on your itinerary. The weather in December is quite a dream. Good thing Tagaytay is just a couple of hours now from Manila.

It was raining hard that day so we don't have a chance to roam around the area but it was ok because we are staying with family. It was just ok we will try again some other time when there is no storm coming in the Country.

I received a treat from the hotel, since it was my birthday. They've given me buko pie, balloon, and a party hat. It' s greatly appreaciated. :)
The pool facility was nice. You need to book an appointment to use the pool. It's pretty good on how they handled it, considering it might get crowded if not controlled.
Overall, the experience was great. Hospitable and accommodating staffs, clean and comfy room. Organize and hassle free check-in process.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was also good. Room was also spacious. We asked if we can check in early since we have to attend a wedding and need the room to get ready. We paid additional Php1000 to check in 1 hr earlier. For some hotels, they offer it for free if room is available. Since this was an extra request, we were okay to pay the extra fee as we needed the place to get ready. Also, they were very responsive to questions sent via Booking.com.
Its location is in the heart of Tagaytay with a great view of Taal Volcano.
Check-in was smooth. The unit itself is spacious, modern, and clean. Kitchen is complete and everything you need is inside the unit. Bedroom is huge, has a big cabinet, and bed is probably queen size plus has a pull out bed. Bathroom is also huge with modern furnitures.
Not to mention, there’s also a balcony where you can sit and relax with a refreshing view overlooking Taal Volcano.
Location was good. Tagaytay was a nice city, however we couldn’t enjoy the city because of the (bad) condition of accommodation.
The representative (or caretaker) was pleasant and tried to help us. However, she could not help us with the issues we raised, as she had to communicate with the owner to make decisions - a delayed response.
Ms. Keets was so welcoming. I was really worried at first because it was my first time planning a trip/staycation for my family. However, it all soon disappeared after checking in. ✔️ 💯 ❤️ 💙 The view was wonderful and the place is near to skyranch, Robinson's tagaytay, SM hypermarket and many more. Very convenient. Thank you!
We choose the hotel because of its location and to give it a try. We are attending a function in Fernwood Gardens Tagaytay and the Twin Lakes is nearby if you are coming from southwest part of Batangas. The hotel also has a commanding view of Taal Lake and the mountain ridge of Laurel, Batangas.
Location and the weather is perfect. Buffet breakfast was the best with a lot of choices from Filipino to international dishes. Our view from our Ridge Room was the best, overlooking the Taal Lake.The hotel itself maintains it’s classic look and historic ambience.
I like the way it is clean and comfortable. Ronald the caretaker was so accommodating and even suggested where to enjoy in Tagaytay. I like our stay since it is situated in a mountain view and the weather was so refreshing and cool. Amazing stay.
SIGLO: Their restaurant is outstanding! I think it’s the best Filipino food i’ve ever tasted and I’ve tried hundreds of restaurants here and abroad! They deserve a 5 star michelin, it’s so good. I would visit Tagaytay again just to EAT at Siglo!
Great host. Plenty of space for a solo traveler or couple. Had everything I needed and the staff was very helpful.and super nice. Central to everything you want to do and get to in tagaytay.
Close to Robonson mall, it has a Starbucks close by. Bed was comfy, clean very big hotel. Has restaurant inside. A pool and spacious and inviting lobby. Food was good, a lil bit of a wait.
As always the unit is neat and smells good upon entering. Clean and confy sheets, and the fast internet connection. This is my 4th time in this priperty my second home in Tagaytay.
