Everything was so perfect! It’s quiet and clean.Each staff was so friendly and patient . We got so many trouble but they still help us solve the problem,give us the reaction. It’s far away from the noisy place.But the traffic is convenient. The airport shuttle bus and rent the motorcycle in the hotel. Reception can call the tuktuk .Solve all the problems for us. Panglao is a small island easy to navigate. We did not join any tours but utilized the local tub-tuks that took us around. It felt safe,, welcoming, people are very friendly. The beaches are so beautiful.

Panglao has everything to offer - ease of access just 15 minutes from airport and you are on Alona beach. You have several beaches to choose from if quiet is what you need and be away from the action of Alona. There are also so many nature/adventure / cultural and historical tours to choose from that is a day tour away. Tricycles and private cars/vans are readily available. Lots of great food choices as well. Go for freshly grilled seafood!!

We arrived at Panglao airport and looked for a tricycle to take us to our hotel. Our driver offered to take us on tours with his tricycle so we made arrangements with him. Day 1: country side tour (loboc river cruise, chocolate hills, tarsiers, butterfly garden). Day 2: he connected us with a group to go island hopping with (dolfin watching, snorkeling, virgin island). Day 3: Panglao island tour (we only chose to go to two places - the cave and the bee farm). We noticed that not a lot of people went round to these tourist spots using tricycles like we did; almost everyone went with vans. We just opted for the tricycle because it was cheaper, and not being a group meant we had more freedom to decide how much time we wanted to spend at each place.

I liked the vibe of Alona Beach, but it doesn't compare to Boracay. Island hopping excursions looked like they would be fun, but we opted out and just relaxed. Diving was great! Our research showed that the whaleshark tour offered to Oslob was not ethical in the treatment of the whalesharks so we did not do it.

Panglao is very nice, your camera will love it here!! I will be going back. If you like to dive, this is paradise. there is also, sandy beaches, boating, jet skiing, parasailing, skin diving... all the sea sports are here. Great Trip!
Lots of sea food, Many Bars and Restaurants, as well as other entertainment, very reasonable.
We had a great time at Tyners place! Firstly, the bungalow is very spacious and comfortable.
The aircon work and fan great and silently.
You have your own private bathroom with window and mosquito net. The pool was great to cool down in the hot afternoon.
The staff is so kind and provided us a high quality motorcycle to explore the island. We could even store our luggage for 5 days while we headed to other places in Bohol.
The property is located ~10min motorcycle drive from Alona center, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafes etc.
I like the quietness and coziness of the place. Its very clean and far from the noise, so you can definitely sleep and rest well. Secondly, it so near in Alona beach, maybe around 10mins walk or less. It's in central so goods, foods, drink, and banks are nearby the place. This is our first trip in Bohol as family with two senior citizen who definitely enjoy the walking without getting hassle with transportation because its very accessible. The staffs are so accomodating, helpful and smiling face. The owner is so kind as well.
The hotel is set i a beautiful location but the best rooms are with a plunge pool and by the sea front. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, they couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome.
We requested to move rooms to the sea front which they happily & efficiently did. The food was lovely but a limited menu, although this was due to the very few guests as the weather wasn't great. (i.e many had cancelled).
I highly recommend this hotel and the island over Cebu, we wish we had gone to Bohol rather than Cebu.
We had a really great time at Bella Napoli Resort. The staff is adorable, super kind and helpful. The pool is nice, the little garden is beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious. It's a perfect place if you look for something cosy, warm and quiet, whether you're in couple or with kids. The resort is a bit away from the beaches and urban facilities but it provides a free airport shuttle service, and then you have plenty of transportation options to explore Panglao and Bohol. There's also good basic restauration on site.
A little slice of paradise!
This little exclusive gem is perfect for a couples getaway. Super romantic resort with very friendly staff. The staff and the fact that it's small (8 rooms) makes you feel at home immediately.
We got help from the staff to arrange exclusive tours of Bohol, island hopping, and renting scooters, it was super easy, with much less hassle than the people selling trips on the street, and at a much fairer price.
So in total: the resort is great, but what makes it shine is the staff!
Peter and Anna are excellent hosts that really make you feel at home. They sorted out my scooter rental, which gave me complete freedom during my 4 night stay. Furthermore, Anna’s cooking was exceptional throughout, her prawns are arguably the best I’ve ever tasted! Besides the exceptional hosts, the location is a great base for anyone wanting to explore Panglao or Bohol island; and there is a very well equipped gym 10m from the property. Thank you for having me!

My 2 year old daughter loved the farm tour which was included when you book a night. They provided free slippers and Peanut Cookies in the room which were nice. They have live music on Fri,Sat,Sun nights (weekends).
Love our stay! Ambiance, amenities, staff, and food. Amazing! We will definitely recommend it to our families and friends who will go to Bohol. It is situated around 8 mins walk to the beach but they have a free shuttle every hour and the driver is always on time! The staff is always smiling and very approachable. The room and the place itself are clean and smell nice. The pool is of great depth. Breakfast is lit!
This place is beautiful, fantastic staff, great rooms with cozy beds and great amenities! We loved the pool, food was excellent and staff were very informative! Location is a bit out of the way so would be good to have your own bike, tricycles will pick you up it’s around 150-200 pesos each way to Alona! We had a great time relaxing, and booked all of our tours of Bohol through the staff!
One of the best hotels for its value in Bohol. It's near enough to Alona beach that it's still convenient to go there but also far enough that you won't be bothered by the craziness of the beach. The pool is definitely the centerpiece of this hotel! The staff and owner wer also very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was also great :)
quiet side of bohol, if you don't like the noisy night life of alona beach this would be a great option for this price range. great pool nice room, nice breakfast at the rooftop which has a great view of the area.. you can even see balicasag island from there. bonus was the affordable couple massage at their cabana beside the beach.
Alona was our first stop once we got to Bohol Island. Very conveniently located, nice pool, nice veranda, perfect staff and superb owner. This is the place you feel at home immediatelly. This was also the reason why we booked again one week later when we came back from Siquijor Island. will definitely recommend to family & friends!
Incredible service. Michael gave me tips on travel in Bohol which ended up being some of the highlights. They are so helpful. Helped to get me scooter etc. lovely garden area and free water. Spotless rooms with everything you need. Just a 5 min walk from the beach and near lots of restaurants and bars etc.
Feels like home. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet and refreshing. They have complimentary water and it is refillable at the reception. Also, they offer motorbikes for rent because the fare in Bohol are very pricey. It is convenient if you can drive a motorcycle and roam around the area.
Staff, room, swimming pool, landscaping, peace, restaurant were just marvelouse. location was not in walking distance to the beach or good grocery stores but they provided rides from and to the hotel anytime we wished. I definitely consider going back if I come back to Panglao.
Stayed with my family for the Halloween and I was never wrong choosing this place over the rest of the main hotels/resorts in Alona beach Panglao. It is very close to the beach and I like the island vibe of the villas. Very satisfied and happy.
The building is new and the place is very quiet and refreshing! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who's going to Bohol for a vacation. The staff were very friendly and accommodating - it was a very pleasant experience.
Its near the airport 12 mins drive. Better rent a van or another....we have been to Bohol many times...renting one is more economical....google map or waze is adequate to travel the island of Bohol and Panglao.
