We booked our stay at the hotel with the intention of attending the concert at New Clark City Athletics Stadium, which was located 40 minutes away. The hotel provided additional amenities, including a casino for adults, a swimming pool for families to enjoy, and three restaurants on-site. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Amazing.
Amazing. Close to rest og Pampanga, the airport and shopping malls still feels little secluded. There are golf clubs, hotels with great quality. Great casino if that is your thing. Clark is highly recommended

Only things I felt could be better would be the televisions, they definitely needs upgrade also the showers are like sprinklers so be careful.
Nonetheless it was an awesome stay. Breakfast was mediocre specifically the buffet.

I would have liked to see what Clark has to offer for a conference in the future. As I mentioned the hotel rate is too expensive for us to hold a conference.
The airport family bathroom can use a chair and an infant changing table. Otherwise, the ladies keep it clean.

We were choosing where to stay in a hotel after our long drive from Manaog. Our choices were Subic, Clark since this two loaction were on way back to Manila. We have been to Subic are before, so we decided to try Clark hotel.

Thank’s Marriott Hotel for upgrading my room from deluxe King to Suite Room without additional charges. The room is very beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff is very accommodating and kind, I have a great day staying in this hotel.
the hotel crews are friendly and very helpful... reception staff like patricia sta maria is very welcoming she even offered me for a marriot membership hence a rm upgrade.. experience in the lounge @the 15th flr is very memorable, staffs there have a very lovely service esp.. rona and carylle .. they are always monitoring us and asking if we need anything they treated the guests in that area with a very excellent service.. .. having an amazing staycation n this hotel.. tnx
Swissotel is environment-friendly! Also, the hotel is only 3 kms from Clark Safari. The food in the Atrium and Swissotropics are heart- healthy. The room is clean and fresh-smelling. The hotel staff is professional and very accommodating, including the restos (The Atrium, Oma's and Swissotropics) staff. Special thanks to Harold, Edward, Ms. Maria and Ms. Corinne, Ms. Lysa and Ms. Lyca ( front desk).
Generally the place is typical Hilton style. Nice decor. Space. Facilities. A pleasant stay and no fuss in the room facilites. Everything in the room worked as it said on the box. Staff in the executive lounge were especially helpful in arranging taxis and chatting. Free shuttle to the SM Mall. This is great an event or business hotel. Not so good for vacation visitors - unless you want to play the casinos.
The hotel room was large, clean and the beds were comfortable. I love that they had a triple deluxe option because we were 3 friends and having a room like that allowed us to talk until late at night and sleep comfortably afterward. The breakfast buffet was splendid, apart from a good selection of food, it had good coffee and hot chocolate too!! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
I like most the people, starting from Jason at front desk, Ghin, and those servers / waiters in the restaurant at breakfast (sorry, I’ll get your names next time) and dinner. They are great personalities who best represent the above par quality service of Quest Hotel.

Nice location, easy to find as it just across two 5-star properties - Swissôtel and Hann Casino, and we get a good view of these buildings from our room. In the same stretch of the road few kms away are two big malls. In front of the hotel (just few steps) are restaurants and a convenience store.
Hotel was equipped with amenities and the facility was renovated. They have shuttle car service to transport guests from the hotel to casino. All the staff was helpful and service was prompt from check in counter, security, concierge, servers to housekeeping. Great experience.
Third time booking in this hotel and always a very convenient experience. They arranged packed breakfast for us since we need to leave at 5am. Security personnel were also kind enough to secure our bikes at the parking. Room was spacious and clean. Value for money.
I was hoping to rely on the hotel restaurant but it was not open or there where no staff present during normal meal times. The one time it was open the food was lacking and the staff communication in English was very poor. Overall I was disappointed in my stay.
The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good— it has various choices. We were there when a typhoon hit the area and the staff was prepared and guest safety was a priority.
We loved the jet pool and the pool! The room was great and very spacious. We liked that there was a balcony available so we can dry our clothes. The location is perfect as well and is near must-eat spots in Clark!
