I am sorry if our experience in this hotel is really disappointed. Hotel not presentable we are senior citizen their stairs to go up the reception is about 10 steps and dirty. Bathroom not so clean bath tub not bad but shower hot water too hot we use bucket to have a shower.
Actually we check out 1 night early we can't sleep properly music until 3am.
We could hardly see staff in our in and out when we go out. If there is staff no words or say hello. Even the night before telling staff that we checking out tomorrow no words reaction.

We definitely loved our stay in this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is exceptional especially when we had our breakfast in their cafe where you get to see a scenic view of Baguio. Considering the affordable price, you already get a 5-star service.
The location is far from the center, though (Session Road, etc.) so for those who will go without a car, can just ask or negotiate with taxi drivers to pick you up at the hotel to the location you want to go to.

The last time I visited Baguio City was in 1986 when I was 13 years old. Back then, the city was uncrowded and surrounded by pine trees. However, with progress, Baguio has become densely populated, overly commercialized, and traffic-ridden, resembling Manila but with colder weather. Despite these changes, I can't fault progress. I enjoyed my time there with my wife, savoring authentic local food and fresh, home-grown strawberries. It was a wonderful escape to reset and take a break from the busy workload of reality.

We decided to spend a few days in Baguio and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the cooler climate. We had a fantastic meal at "Oh my gulay" restaurant (it's up five or so flights of stairs but certainly worth the effort). The next day we had a great walking day and visited Mines View Park, Wright Park and the cathedral.

Great weather. We live in Subic, so the cool weather was refreshing. Difficult to get around in Baguio by car. Very congested city. Taxis were easy to get from where we stayed, but once we traveled to different parts of the city it took my wife and her friends to wait over 45 minutes for a taxi, or if they could not wait any longer had to take Jeepneys to get back to the condo. We had other friends staying at a different place near SM Baguio. After waiting almost an hour for a taxi, the taxi line was crazy, it took them 25 minutes to walk back to their hotel.

Weekend traffic is so painful and disappointing, but manageable in some ways. Too commercialized. But still I love going to Baguio. Getting around will be much easier if there's no heavy traffic. Should have a restriction with the plate nos. so road is much easier to travel. Eating out is also pretty amazing, because you can have anything you want depending of what you want Baguio has it!

We wanted to see the rice terraces but turned out to be a 5 hour bus ride away. Burnham park was ok but not a lot else to do in Baguio but eat and drink! Not easy to get around, have to use taxi and at weekend very hard to get! Gets cold after dark 6pm (down to 9 degrees when we were there) and only reached 22degrees at the highest.
Best choice to give this newly registered house at booking.com!
I was worried at first, but then we found out Mirador Transient Homes was catering guests thru FB for almost a year now.
It was the best experience for us, and as compared to other rates, this is the best one as well.
We're an avid Baguio Tourists but this one gets the crown, with all its amenities, exclusiveness, the best services as well. It doesn't seem like a transient to me, more like a blend of hotel hehe.

We had an amazing stay at Mi Casa Baguio in Baguio City! The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions yet still quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Baguio!
Excellent location. It's near the mall and other busy spots in the city (food, stores, church, parks, museums, bars, etc.). Everything is within walking distance. While it's in the town center, its exact location is in a quiet spot. You can still have relaxation in your own room.
Everything necessary is in here: breakfast, Wi-Fi, hot shower, towels, spacious room, among other things. As long as you don't expect much, this hotel is enough for your stay in Baguio.
The Place is clean. Near Sm Baguio,Session road. You can cook while you stay. Their Staff is very friendly & Accomodating. I Highly recommned this Place.
