The hotel's location is its advantage. It's within walking distance from SM Baguio, the Cathedral, and Session Road, so you won't worry about where to park. There are toiletries provided and a ref inside the room. The staff are very accommodating. The hotel's fully booked but still provides extra pillows upon request. Also, their complimentary breakfast at Hill Station (if you avail it) is a happy bonus!

Hotel Security were amazing, the best we have seen anywhere. Extremely kind and helpful with advise, enquiries and suggestions for travel, tours and restaurants.

We decided to spend a few days in Baguio and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the cooler climate. We had a fantastic meal at "Oh my gulay" restaurant (it's up five or so flights of stairs but certainly worth the effort). The next day we had a great walking day and visited Mines View Park, Wright Park and the cathedral.

Great weather.
Great weather. We live in Subic, so the cool weather was refreshing. Difficult to get around in Baguio by car. Very congested city. Taxis were easy to get from where we stayed, but once we traveled to different parts of the city it took my wife and her friends to wait over 45 minutes for a taxi, or if they could not wait any longer had to take Jeepneys to get back to the condo. We had other friends staying at a different place near SM Baguio. After waiting almost an hour for a taxi, the taxi line was crazy, it took them 25 minutes to walk back to their hotel.

Weekend traffic is so painful and disappointing, but manageable in some ways. Too commercialized. But still I love going to Baguio. Getting around will be much easier if there's no heavy traffic. Should have a restriction with the plate nos. so road is much easier to travel. Eating out is also pretty amazing, because you can have anything you want depending of what you want Baguio has it!

We wanted to see the rice terraces but turned out to be a 5 hour bus ride away. Burnham park was ok but not a lot else to do in Baguio but eat and drink! Not easy to get around, have to use taxi and at weekend very hard to get! Gets cold after dark 6pm (down to 9 degrees when we were there) and only reached 22degrees at the highest.

Cool temps, but …. Way too many people!
Cool temps, but …. Way too many people! Restaurants could care less if you are happy or not . Endless supply of hungry visitors and locals. KFC had only 1 kiosk working and refused to manually take orders ? Last choice as ALL other fast food restaurants were mobbed. Jollibee just randomly quit serving and only takeout was available. I asked why ? Couldn’t clean their tables I was told ? Endless taxi lines . Locals knew the tricks to dining and travel … visitors… well good luck .
I like that it's near Burnham and everything is just several minutes walk from the place, I can easily get a cab ride to restaurants I wanted to go.
People are friendly and are helpful, security wise I felt really safe staying here.
Price for money I got mine for 1900 per day, and I must say its not cheap, but definitely better than spending the same amount with old, and overpriced hotels I checked out prior to this property.
I'd definitely stay here if I am ever back to Baguio.
The staff is so friendly, polite and accommodating, The location was great and very accessible in front of sm city baguio, only walking distance for city tours, I'll go back there next time, It was a great stay overall. Cheap price best pick picked!
It allows the guest to check in early when the room is available, we just need to approach the receptionist politely, we are so lucky to check in at 11am 3 hours earlier from our check in time.
All i like same 5 star hotel confortable,so very big bed 2bed in 1 room not expensive comfortable, i book 3nights but i extend 1 night coz im happy to stay i come baguio i first i book other hotel but not comfortable that why i change hotel in hotel tugos more comfortable i comeback here.the staff is friendly good free breakfast so very nice breakfast you can choose .have small fridge, the toilet is clean nice to stay.
Location was great. The name of hotel clearly defines the place, probably one of the best sunset spots in Baguio. Day and night also have astounding views.
The place was cool compared to other areas in the city.
Rooms are clean and beddings are changed regularly.
There's a restaurant with a variety of food choices so no need to go out and buy foods.
There's a lot of spaces to hang out. Good for people working online.
The look and feel of the hotel is really nice. The beds are comfy and the staff are prepared to help you in any way. The location is not bad like some said here. There are so many taxis coming past and if you walk about 10 seconds down to the fork in the road you have double the chance of taxis. And at least the taxis are always honest in Baguio and you dont have to ask about how much.
A great hotel built by a terraced road overlooking the alpine town of Baguio. A comfortable and friendly place to unwind after the formidable trip up into the mountains! A 5 minute taxi ride will take you to one of any number of interesting restaurants in the old town below. The staff are helpful and accommodating and the rooms themselves are stylish and very comfortable.
The staff were helpful - they check us in early even without us asking.
Walking distance from session road and sky ranch / sm baguio / jollibbee.
And I actually left my work bag in the bench in the maindoor and they returned it to me after I checked out.
The rooms are just enough for basic needs to relax in the hotel with unlimited coffee, water and ice.
It’s one of those hotels that look promising on arrival but never quite lives up to expectations. The reception are is quite nice and the reception staff are friendly enough. It’s in a convenient area for what you might want to do in Baguio. The shower was warm and powerful even if the bathroom could do with modernisation.
Breakfast was good. Great Korean breakfast as we always watch Korean movies and experiencing it was very nice. Host was very friendly and easy to talk with. Manor hotel where we had dinner was a short distance away. The pine trees and the cold is always something to look forward to when going to Baguio.
Location, room comfort but most of all, its entire staff at the hotel - from reception, the restaurant, housekeeping and security guards. I grew up in Baguio and they all made me recall and appreciate once again how people keep tradition in terms of friendliness, willingness to help, courteousness.
Lovely hotel in the pines of Baguio near the Botanical Gardens with plenty of cool mountain breezes. Plenty of rooms and two small balconies for sitting in the open air. Covered parking with good security. I like the mattress but my wife called them so-so. Located on a pleasant cul-de-sac.
This place is a gem near Burnham Park and the city center. Getting a taxi was difficult but because it is about 15-20mins away from the Baguio city center, you can easily reach the jeepney terminals to the.Country Club and Minesview Park. Its.location is also quiet which is nice
I really enjoyed our stay in Baguio. The Olive Town Center and Hotel is a great hotel. We had a big room with a balcony and everything was really great. We could check in late and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying in the hotel.
wifi is so fast ! there is small refrigerator inside the room . the hotel message us earlier that for AC there is additional charge of 500 pesos so we didnt avail it coz baguio weather is so cold .
i like ambiance of hotel and cleanliness ! will come back next time
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Holiday Inn is an international brand and it is clean, cozy and comfortable abroad and even in Holiday Inn Manila.I will never stay in this Baguio hotel ever again.
We did not expect to much because of the reviews. But after going to baguio several times this is the best hotel, in terms of price, location, very convenient
Only stayed at the hotel to attend an event at night at a restaurant in the building. On the edge of Baguio City and to far to walk to the SM Mall location.
