Host was very welcoming and kind. Thank you for your hospitality !!!
Garden and apartment were very clean and well cared for. We only stayed shortly but the apartment has all needed items to prepare food and we did not feel like we are missing anything. There is a ventilator and A/C in the bedroom.
There is a supermarket nearby, a clothes store and a couple of restaurants, but I would recommend renting a car for getting around or to the beach etc.

It was a good base for exploring the coast during our short visit. Hired a car from the lodge which was handy. Transfers arranged to and from the airport. Laundry facilities available.

The bungalow is fantastic with beautiful views over an amazingl part of Tahiti and towards Moorea. The premises is clean and accessible through separate entrance on the side. Well equipped kitchen and lovely seating on terrace. The hosts were wonderful friendly and helpful with information. Certainly recommend this place but it's near the top of the hill so you will need a rental car. Enjoy!!

Everything. The view was absolutely breathtaking, we slept like babies, the breakfast was delicious, and the hosts Jean-François et Patricia were just amazing in every way. Can’t recommend enough! We just want to come back
We couldn't sleep due to 95 degree temperature in unit.
We couldn't sleep due to 95 degree temperature in unit. We were too exhausted to do anything. Not easy to get around as taxis are booked up in advance. Unit is in gated community so taxis can't get in.

There is great snorkeling in this area! Go to Plage Vaiava.
There is great snorkeling in this area! Go to Plage Vaiava. It was the nicest beach on Tahiti with plenty of space. There is a snorkeling circuit to the left of the beach, DO IT! It was amazing! The other snorkeling there is also good but this area is amazing and no one was going to it! There are buoys and numbers so you know where to swim with information in French and English for you to learn about the area as well.

Quiet hillside neighbourhood - one can continue on the road up to a monastery which makes for a refreshing morning or evening walk. Just down the hill and across the road is a large Carrefour and shopping center with all one needs. There is a also a bus stop so technically one can arrive and leave by bus,

We had a great room at the Te Moana Resort overlooking the restaurant /lagoon.This Resort is situated in a central location in the Punaauia area and off the main road so is very quiet. There is an excellent supermarket, Magasin Orohiti, just across the road and transient nightime food trucks in the carparks near the supermarket .We used both these facilities which were very good. There are also permanent food trucks a few hundred metres down the coast road towards town. These are of a superior standard and their Pizza's are to die for ,due I guess, to the use of fresh local and imported French igredients (cheese, salami, tomatoes, dough etc).We ate at the Cafe Maeva...in a word superb. There is a local bar about 500 metres up the road from Te Moana going away from town, The Captain Bligh. Jean Pierre is the welcome man there and a really nice guy.A 1.50 litre pitcher of beer is 1900 Francs.Cheap.It's over the water and had live music in three languages.A great atmosphere .We also did a half day tour around the island with Fabrice of Eden Tours. He is an ex Airforce man and very well organised as one would expect .Highly recommended. We also got a ferry to Moorea for half a day and strolled between the Ferry terminal and the bay around the nearby Marina.Again very good food trucks just beyond the Marina and We had a Tuna bagette at the KEKAHI truck.Yummy!!! After getting back from Moorea we wandered downtown and stumbled across The Bora Bora Lounge. It was playing Country and Western style music and we wandered in for a beer which ended up a session with locals. We stumbled out and wandered down to the taxi rank and got a ride back to the the resort. We were there for 7 days which was ideal.

The large sliding glass doors maximized the beautiful garden/sew view, and I felt I was outdoors even though I was in the room. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom lights were bright enough to fit contact lenses, and the newly renovated bathroom felt modern. The host guided me to the hike trails when I needed more activities after scuba diving. Stunning view! I picked up my meals from Bistro Chocolatin in Carrefour Punaauia.
nice location in Punaauia, a little further up, which gives you a really nice view.
No mosquitoes! Air conditioning worked great, everything you need in the apartment and a parking spot. There was an elevator for easy access with luggage. Owner was always easy to reach and the neighbors were very friendly and gave tips for restaurants, sights etc.
Pool looked clean, but why use a pool when a whole ocean is right in front of you?
The staff were so helpful and friendly and as we arrived very early they prioritised getting our rooms ready.
The suite was spacious comfortable and well equipped with a kitchenette.
The infinity pool is the best I’ve ever seen and the view from the hotel of Moorea is spectacular along with the sunset
Close to the airport. Lovely staff, good beds and great water pressure in the shower. It is a basic hotel, but great for an overnight stay before flying in or out of Tahiti. Fantastic view from our room. The hotel is run by the Tourism School and they do a great job in training the staff.
