Location was good and peaceful. Not so crowded, so easy to move around.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I should give a special appreciation to Mr. Ibrahim, who was at the reception. His approach towards guest is exceptional. The Manger Mr. Ahmed was also very supportive.
Overall, I am satisfied with my stay there. I will make it my regular hotel during my travel to Salalah.

Good apartment, smack dab in the middle of town so it's easy to find food options. The rooms were generally clean, the bathroom is a bit plain but serviceable. Beds are really comfy, the sheets are clean. We didn't use the appliances much since we were always on the road but when we got back it was refreshing to be in the apartment. It's close to the grand mosque which is also very nice. A bit pricey for a few days, maybe worth 4/5 of the price we paid but then again it was peak tourist season. Most tourist places were close to the hotel, within 30 minutes to an hour by car

I cannot praise this hotel enough for its exceptional staff and outstanding hospitality. Located in the heart of the city, this property offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Mr. Waleed & Mr. Ehab. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and readiness to assist with any request made me feel truly valued as a guest.
The rooms were immaculately clean and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the city.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's prime location. Being situated in the heart it was easy for us to travel all around salalah.
Mr. Waleed was kind to offer us free breakfast & also gave us Omani sweets as gifts which we really really enjoyed! The hospitality was outstanding and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. Definitely staying in this same hotel if we visit Salalah again!
