Location lacked a great view, but was very peaceful & quiet, A lovely continental breakfast was served, & the peoprietors were delightful.

Definitely 5+ star hotel. just loved the luxury and how clean,fresh, cosy, exceptionally lovely to stay in. Hubby & I recommend to stay there everytime we go to or through Picton. Ferry was delayed due to the beaching so rang and explained and owner left a key handy and turned the heater on so room was nice and warm when we arrived
