The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Staff service was also great.

Great location and our room mostly OK in evening, in contrast to several of our friends who found obvious signs of poor housekeeping (e.g. milk with higher ring around it indicating leftover from prior guests and cold or cool bath/shower water).

Loved this place! It was an incredible experience. Staff were amazing especially Michelle! My daughter and I weren't quite sure what to expect but we had such a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic and the facilities, from hot jacuzzis looking out to the lake, to the beautiful rooms and dining room/restaurant. The view is amazing with gorgeous black swans swimming on the lake
