We were attending a wedding at Waterfall farm, Parakai was a great location for our family to travel. We had 4 rooms for 2 nights and the accommodation was wonderful. There is a great four square, tasty bakery, a bar/restaurant along with Parakai springs across the road.

Great central spot. Around teh corner from Skydiving, 15min from Woodhill MTB and up the road from Liberty Brewing in Helensville.
When youre done playing you can come back and relax in your Thermal Spa!!!

Was good for what it was the highlight has got to be the hot tub and balcony space, however they should invest in bug lights or candles as thats what made us not spend as much time in the tub which is the draw card. The bed has got to be one of the best in terms of mattress just the right comfort for me, could of done a bit bigger but again good for what it was. Location good walking distance to the shops and public pools if need be. Everything was contactless which was good but staff were onsite if need be.

For a Lodge and a young one at that standards are very shoddy..
I am from Helensville to stay in what I thought would be a nice motel lodge was very disappointing..and very disheartening...
The private spa pool was awesome. Take the advice of how long to cool down as they are super hot if you fill just before wanting to get in. The room was more spacious than we anticipated and thought the facilities were nice. Didn't deal with any staff as it was all self service, but thought it was good value for a family like ours with two teens and have already booked to stay again. Just across the road from the Parakai pools with hydroslides and a 100m from a 4 Square and some take away stores etc so no need to go anywhere.
Everything has always been spot on the lodge, I have stayed there many times now and will be back again, highly recommend the spa option, its fantastic and love that u can adjust to your own temp with both hot and cold easily available to use simply from turning a tap. It brilliant. Excellent 4square right round corner too
Really enjoyed the private spa we had all to ourselves and the size of the place was great. Privacy couldn't have been better and the location was perfect right across the road from parakai springs , seconds walk from the premises and only minutes drive into town really loved it
The motel is just across the Parakai springs hot pools/slides so we got a d day pass and enjoyed going back and forth the motel. motel. We were in room seven, it was clean and quiet - just as we wanted. The place was nicely warmed before our arrival which was nice - Heatpump
Such a clean, tidy room. Perfect for our night stay. Would definitely recommend especially if you are a big family group would be perfect if you had many families stay as all the units are near each other but still private enough to have your own space. Thanks so much
Wow this is the standards most hotels should be based on. The room facilities were fantastic. There was a double spabath and a spa pool. Even a nespresso maker. Definitely suggest to upgrade to the premier studio for a night of relaxation
Everything, this was an amazing place to stay. had a beautiful room with private balcony and spa bath, theres also a natural hotpool available for guests and staff are lovely. cannot fault this place
