Large area with a great outdoors space. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the bay of islands, which was one of my favorite places in New Zealand. We had one room with a lot of area, and another with very little area, so that was interesting.

Our family loved the room, the beds were big and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy and the room was very big and spacious. We eccspecially loved the balcony and large sliding doors. The daily breakfast buffet was a family favourite it was a hit! Parking was also good as it was right outside our room and easy to see. Beautiful gardens and lovely staff. Will definetly be back as a family again.

Really amazing location and an absolutely fabulous hotel. Wow what a fantastic renovation and the central location was great. Close to lots of restaurants, shops and bottle shop and supermarket.
