The property said it was in Oneroa, but was actually a few kms out of town. Bus was convenient though.
Fenice and the Waiheke Grocer we’re both fabulous. Got a bargain at the Recycle Boutique. Cyclone prevented beach time, but had a lovely massage come to us (Inner Spring). Even in bad weather Waiheke was fun and beautiful

There are several excellent restaurants and many wonderful wineries on the island, which we recommend.

Great place to visit, lots to do & see.
Great place to visit, lots to do & see. Earlier in the week a number of places closed due to Covid as they can't get the staff. Closer to the weekend more places open. Enjoyed lots of Cellar Door tastings & took lots of wine home to stock our cellar.

nice village, bigger than I had realised from internet/brochures. 1st time visit.
Variety of shops - food & clothes & souvenirs, Not just for tourists but locals too.
easy to get about on foot. very near beach & sea.
Plenty nice restaurants - good variety of food choices.
nearby wineries i did not get to.
Our stay at Cable Bay Views was great. The studio was spacious and clean, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The stunning view added an extra touch of beauty to our experience. While the location had a few challenges, such as being a 25-minute walk from Oneroa village and the absence of a nearby bus stop, these were minor inconveniences that didn't significantly impact our overall enjoyment, especially being also close to well-known wineries like Mudbrick and Cable Bay (3-5min walk).
We were made to feel very welcome here. Breakfasts were amazing. Loved the complimentary afternoon tea, beautiful home baking each day.
Also very much apprecaited the light been turned on, heater switched on and curtains drawn when we arrived home each day after dark.
Great location. Walking distance to beach and town but also a bus stop just up the road.
Highly recommend!
We visit Waiheke Island frequently and have been looking for a special place to return to. Now we have found it! This apartment is perfect for a couple. Close to Oneroa, very clean and comfortable and the beautiful garden is a bonus. Our hosts were wonderful. As were the treats they provided. We can't wait for the next opportunity to stay at Oneroa Secret Garden apartments.
Everything!! everything we could have wished for and more was in the apartment. Tracey had left us welcoming chocolates and a lovely hand written note. even though it’s right on the main road, you can’t hear the traffic from inside. Maybe 200m stroll from Oneroa village. will definitely stay again.
If gorgeous views and stylish comfortable rooms with great bathroom, linen, & kitchenette are what you like in your accommodation, this is the place for you. We could have happily stayed for a few months. It was the perfect size & the perfect location. Loved it!
Easy breezy. Key in lock box.
Exactly as shown on the pictures. The bed rooms are very spacious. All Sheets and Pillows are comfortable with everything you needed from a normal 5 start hotels. The main bath room is very spacious too with plenty of towels :) Super Clean and I like the interior home décor
Quiet and comfortable apartment with ocean views from the deck.
Everything you could possibly need for a self contained stay incl kitchen nick knacks and beach towels.
Easy stroll to Oneroa village with its many coffee shops, bars and retail outlets.
Proximity is outstanding, into Oneroa village with public transportation, shops and restaurants and galleries and a awesomely good gelato shop ☺️ 😊. Plus the view toward Hauraki Gulf is priceless and Oneroa Beach is a stone throw away.
The location was great. Close to Oneroa village which was handy to go out for dinner and easy to travel to surrounding wineries. Also a quick walk to the beach which was nice. I also liked how you could make your own food if needed.
Pretty, comfortable, stylish, cottage close to Oneroa village with a view of the sea. Very clean and well provided kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, spacious bathroom, heat pump and large TV.
The view and tranquillity of the beautiful garden and the location so close to the village and the beach, what else would you want. The studio is big and has everything you need.
