Staff excellent, called reception regarding the heating/cooling system in our room and was attended to straight away. Extended checkout without any issues and was accommodated to with a friendly and helpful service from staff. Overall, staff are amazing! Location great, across from the mall & Breakfast was lovely.

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable, great location within walking distance to restaurants, bars etc. Reception Staff and Cleaners were very friendly and helpful, my husband and I enjoyed a peaceful, quiet sleep.

Has its own New World supermarket - where we got our groceries. Also bought hot pies and coffee from the BP station. No traffic issues whatsoever if you like quiet long walks or cycling around town, hikes up the Hakarimata Trail, you'll enjoy Ngaruawahia.
