The view was amazing. We turned up to a lovely warm cabin (stayed in the valley cabin) and found some delicious homemade bread on arrival. There's a deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture (but we were there in winter so didn't use them but still had a lovely view with the huge windows in the cabins. The kitchen was well thought with all the utensils you need and lots of.linnen supplied. The owners were fantastic at communicating as well and we got visits from the friendly farm dog and hens which was really nice. Would love to stay here again when visiting the region 😊😊

Its like an oasis tucked away in the forest and it definitely took me by surprise, Spacious, Staff are so awesome, Love the pet friendly option. Not only myself and my little family are coming back but so are my other family the question is we are trying to sneak back here without each other knowing lol.

Kawerau is a nice small city where you have many exciting sights near you like for example Whakatane+Ohope Beach. You have a stunning view to the Mount Edgecumbe. Moreover, you don't need a long time to arrive at the landing pier to White Island.
