The property was the ideal sanctuary for me on the eve of my wedding day. It offered a serene atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, and generous space, all surrounded by nature's splendor - towering trees, lush green grass, and the sweet melodies of birdsong. The owner's warmth and hospitality added to the charm, making this haven truly unforgettable. Her kindness and accommodating nature left a lasting impression, and I feel grateful to have experienced it. It worth it, I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us, in fact they went out of their way, making our stay even more memorable. Thank you.

Unfortunately did not eat breakfast at the hotel. But dinner was excellent! Great service.
Our car decided not to start in the morning which made us late for our check out at 10am. The staff were very understanding and allowed us to fix the issue without the added pressure of a late penalty or parking fee. The car issue was the only thing that almost ruined our trip. We will definitely recommend West Plaza Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Wellington.
Clean well designed rooms
Rooms equipped with everything
Prices quite reasonable compared to Wgtn Central alternatives
Nice helpful friendly staff who are super oganised - Fast simple check in process
Ample parking + Free parking/Included unlike many Wgtn Central hotels/motels
Many food options very close to motel
Great direct motorway access to SH1 + SH2 Motorways and Interisland Ferry
Rooms available when most other Wgtn hotels booked out
We knew the location was where we wanted to be as we have stayed here before - easy driving distance to Wellington City but also shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance in Johnsonville if you don't want to drive into the city. We were upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment at no extra cost - which was good - and the rooms have all the facilities you would expect. Easy parking.
Breakfast was delivered promptly each mooring and was good value. The hotel is is a great location. Staff were great and very friendly. Needed to extend our stay at short notice and this was accommodated easily. a good stay and will use the venue again.
We arrived VERY late dye to Ferry cancelations and Best Western Johnsonville just took it in their stride. We arrived very late to fine they had put the heater on in our room making it sooo welcoming.
Thankyou sooo much for an awesome stay.
The hotel was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. I liked the magazines to read and everything was very well maintained. I also liked the handy parking and convenient location. There was hardly any noise from outside the unit.
