I was expecting the surroundings to be wonderful, deep in the New Zealand Bush, and Treetops certainly didn't disappoint. I felt as if I were miles from civilisation despite the attractions (?) of Rotorua being not very far away and so easily accessible. I don't think that the pictures did justice to the hotel itself. Everything was beautifully and considerately appointed. The food was outstanding and the service was perfect. The staff were friendly and efficient - a dream combination

Absolutely loved my time and stay with Dave and Shami they are a lovely wonderful amazing couple who show so much love and kindness. The view is to die for!!!!
