Great proximity to Manfield Park if you have an event to attend, a quick walk down. Lovely owner who went out of her way to have our rooms ready earlier so we could put our bags away & get ready for our event. Very modern and clean. Good kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds and adequate bedding for colder nights. Separate bedroom was great if traveling with friends or children. Fantastic shower, could have stayed in there longer!!!

We were pleased to stay at Scott Base as it broke up our drive to Taupo. The ferry was later ,so we contacted Brenda and she put the electric blankets on for us as we arrived at 10.50 pm. . It was easy to find. Brenda made us a lovely breakfast complete with pancakes and berries. They were very friendly and I will recommend Scott Base to all my friends traveling to North Island.

Everything was comfortable, clean and lovely. The staff look after you like family, couldn’t be nicer. The hotel has a bit of an art deco theme going on which is really nice and the location is fantastic, q10 minutes walk into the centre of town , 5 minutes walk to the art gallery, museum and NZ rugby museum. loved the fridge filled with cold bottles of water you could help yourself to. Totally recommend this hotel.
We were there because of the annual automotive swap meet.
We were there because of the annual automotive swap meet. We have family living there. The town is pretty, easy to get around. We were recommended Aunty Jo Jo for fish and chips; very fresh and delicious.

quaint little place, clean and tidy town.
quaint little place, clean and tidy town. Appears to be growing industrially faster than domestically. Was a business trip so not a lot of tourist-type activities were undertaken. Went past a couple of interesting-looking museums. next time maybe.

An attractive provincial town with good shopping facilities - several large supermarkets, an excellent Friday open-air market, some good op shops and a very large, weekly Friday livestock sale. An easy, 20-minute drive to the nearby university city of Palmerston North.

Loved the Georgian architecture, very good meal at Murray's Irish pub wished we could have tried other places for meals as some of the menus looked good. Didn't get time to see the museum either but the autumn colour was great and we enjoyed wandering round Kowhai Park.

we walked from the hotel to the Stadium event & back easy to get around the place, had breakfast at a cafe it was lovely
& also went to the Coach Museum Great too
This was a lovely self-contained unit on a rural property. Well appointed, and very clean it was a great place for a stop over on our trek between Auckland and Wellington to catch the ferry. I wish we'd been able to spend more time admiring the alpacas. The host recommended Murray's Irish Pub in Feilding for dinner which was excellent.
Hotel exceeded my expectations especially when she accommodated my last minute request, of staying an extra 5days.
Hotel staff were friendly and polite, room service cleaned room every day supplying fresh towels every time.
Would definitely stay here again.
Clean, tidy, warm and comfy. Staff are super friendly, even had welcome cookies which tasted aaaamazing!!!!! perfect location for our family and where we needed to go while in Feilding.
