Cockroaches were all over the place and it was dirty and dusty. Broken window! Internet and TV were not working on a daily basis. Management requested to shift 2 because of other bookings!

Fantastic location and a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous garden - it felt like an oasis of peace in the heart of Kathmandu. The room was cosy and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were always warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!
