The cabin was spotlessly clean with everything you needed for self catering. We would highly recommend staying here, our best accomodation so far on our 3week tour of South Norway. We were given a warm welcome, probably one of the friendliest places we've stayed. The food was probably the best we'd had on our road trip so far. The location was ideal for us. There was an outdoor area for socialising as well as the indoor area, very well laid out and tastefully decorated. We had a room roadside but it wasn't a problem as it was quiet.

I think its a great option, as long as you remember this is a camping site and not a 4-5 start hotel. We stayed in a cabin (bungalow), which was relatively small but had all the conveniences available. A great kids playground was nearby. Plenty of grocery shopping around. Great outside terrace.

This is really by the sea. The living quarters are on the upper floor of a boat house, which has a ramp directly into the water. Access to the seaside is via stairs outside. There is a small motor boat available for the guest at no surcharge except fuel. It is extremely well kept and lies at the jetty outside. The living quarters are adequate for 5 people and suit a family really well. Bath is well equipped, has a washing machine and all other facilities. Kitchen is complete, workable for most types of cooking. There even is a pressure cooker. Hot water is abundant. Overall the house is very cosy. There is a small shopping center just 2km away, where there is a supermarket, fuel and also a small restaurant. Parking is just outside, less than 10m off.
