The location is near the fjord shore, the people are very friendly and supply tons of information what you can do in the surroundings. We did several hikes and went up to the glacier. The owners are very open and friendly which gives you an at home feeling. The studio has a induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and water kettle.There is cutlery and pans. A nice modern shower and a washing machine. You can park your car in front of the studio. The entire studio is at ground level. We stayed for 5 days and really enjoyed our stay.

I really liked staying here because it was quiet, warm and comfortable. It's a self catering property so be prepared to take essentials with you. there is a KWIK supermarket as you go into Rubbestadtneset for everything else. The room has fridge freezer, oven and hob, crockery cutlery etc.. . Couldn't see much of surroundings because its winter and dark but I think it would be amazing for the rest of the year.

Very good hosts, ready to help at any time. Beautiful and quiet place. The Basement has pretty much everything you might need for a long or short stay. Don't expect luxury but functional, comfortable and cosy. Better if you have a car, otherwise be ready for the rain and walks with mud, good waterproof clothes and shoes is a must to enjoy hiking and cycling. Take the boat and enjoy that beautiful lake!
