The proximity to the airport made it very convenient for an early start.
It was very well soundproofed so you couldn’t hear the aircraft.

The neighborhood had a fireworks show for New Year's Eve that was withing walking distance and fun for the whole family. The beaches looked very nice, too, but as we were there in winter, we didn't spend time on the beaches.
