The Churchill is a classic, modern business hotel that is very functional but also very anonymous. My room was a good size, functionally albeit minimally furnished, it was clean, the bathroom was fine and my room was on the quiet side of the building. Staff were friendly and helpful, although at times clearly inexperienced. It is convenient to have a restaurant attached to the hotel, breakfast was good and parking is free. If you just want a straightforward place to stay for the night then the Churchill is for you.

Check-in smooth, room is comfortable. Shower good. Switching on the bed lights is tricky (TIP: two very small switches at the bottom). The restaurant is really good! Very friendly staff, swift service, tasty and beautiful arranged food.
Didn't use the spa. Nice view (though from side of hotel) over the Schelde estuary. Had to leave a day early due to positive self-test, the day was credited to the bill. Thank you!
The landlady was excellent. Because of a technicality our reservation was acknowledged but not recorded. On our arrival the hotel was full. The landlady found us a place at another hotel at no extra cost. We were happy with her wonderful attitude and the outcome
House is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again. On top of this, we experienced great communication and flexibility. We were really lucky to find this place. Family knows a lot about Terneuzen and Paul was a great guide.
