Hello, overall my stay was good. I found the staff to be very helpful; I forgot my charger at the hotel and contacted them a few days later, and they had found it and sent it to me right away. Communication with them was very smooth and quick. This was a big plus for me, as I haven't experienced the same level of service at other hotels I've stayed at.

Great location with parking in the Terneuzen centre with pdestrian area and restaurants right outside. The building is an old church and the rooms are spacious with 2 floors, bed on lower and kitchen/living are on the upper level. The hosts were extremely helpful and breakfast was delicous.
The landlady was excellent. Because of a technicality our reservation was acknowledged but not recorded. On our arrival the hotel was full. The landlady found us a place at another hotel at no extra cost. We were happy with her wonderful attitude and the outcome
House is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again. On top of this, we experienced great communication and flexibility. We were really lucky to find this place. Family knows a lot about Terneuzen and Paul was a great guide.
Location, stayed here before so knew what to expect. Hotel has been refurbished to an excellent standard. Food was excellent staff very friendly nothing too much trouble for them. Room was nicely furnished and comfortable.
I loved the space provided in the split level appartment. Didn't really use the kitchen and sitting area. But it was great to view over the rooftops and find a glimpse of the sea nearby. The beds are amazing I must say.
Cozy tiny home in the centre of Terneuzen. Close to shopping mall and bus station. Friendly neighbours. Linens and towels were provided. Everything we needed was there. Overall a very good vibe.
