Didn’t try the breakfast. The location was great. On a lake with views from the apartment, a short easy walk from Thorn, over the lift bridge and lake into town. The staff were all very pleasant especially the two girls cleaning rooms in B3 apartments. Also the night porter (s), and the air-conditioner man. It was clean, quite spacious, with an especially large bathroom. Nice large windows that opened and a good block curtain for sleeping. Quiet.
We did eat in Humphries restaurant and found staff friendly, the food very good, but the prices too high.

Great, large room with a very comfy bed. Host was amazing and breakfast was lovely. Overall it exceeded expectations in every way!
Such a nice stay, a refrenshing change from the normal
hotels you usually stay at. We stayed in the chalet, which is
really a private apartment, equipped with a living room, bathroom and a
kitchen area. Parking is available in front free of charge.
We especially liked the outside garden area, where you
can sit and relax for a bit. Pleasant owners, felt very welcome.
