The room was a nice size for just the two of us. The beds were soft and comfortable. It is pretty visible this is the "budget" variety of the hotel, but it's good value for the money you pay. The location is great, a 5min walk from the efteling and the grocery store across the road is open until 10pm.

We recently attended our kid's ice hockey tournament and stayed at a wonderful accommodation just 18 minutes away from the ice rink and 6 minutes from Efteling Amusement Park. The place was impeccably clean, well-designed, and boasted an amazing view. The spacious garden, kids' trampoline, and football area were great additions. Although we typically refrain from leaving reviews, we were so impressed with our experience that we wholeheartedly recommend this place to others.

An incredible stay in an incredible place. Everything is new, everything is done with the heart, the bed even has a motion-sensored light under it so you some light in the night, and the owner serves you breakfast with a smile and a little chat. Just like it is in the movies!
Efteling is a short walk away, so is a fairly big Albert Hein, walk a bit more and you’ll get to all the restaurants.

The room was available early before check in and we could just place our luggage there. It was near to Efteling, bout 20 min walk! There was a large supermarket nearby. The bus stop is near too (just have to make sure you get the timing, cause the bus comes every hour only). There's a microwave and utensils for microwave food.

Kaatsheuvel is but a small town that we visit when we go to The Efteling, one of Europe's largest and oldest theme parks.
It is great to spend the entire day there and then stay in Kaatsheuvel so we can rest our feet and have dinner in one of the many bars and restaurants there.

A wonderful place, nice staff, super modern property and...
A wonderful place, nice staff, super modern property and rooms, clean, cozy and comfortable. They have a nice restaurant just downstairs but my favorite spot is the bar with the beautiful terrace! In the Terrace there is a playground and a minigolf for the kids. Perfect to relax with the kids! Also, parking is free :) Great value for money!

We took a 4 day break in Netherlands.
We took a 4 day break in Netherlands. Flew into Eindhoven, rented a car and were able to visit Oertijdmuseum (Dinosuar museum), Beekse Bergen safari, Efteling (theme park) and Kids Wonderland (play centre for kids). Kaatsheuvel is a short drive from Tilburg and Eindhoven and a great base to explore the surrounding areas. If we had more time we would have liked to visit Amsterdam which was an hour and a half drive. It rained heavily on our last day, otherwise we may have got to explore Eindhoven on foot.

The apartment is located in a quiet town, in a building that used to be a firefighters' station and is nicely decorated according to that theme. It is clean, newly renovated and safe. We went there for Efteling and stayed two nights - before and after the park. It is a little long to walk (about 15-20 minutes) but a few minutes drive, which was very convenient. There are nice restaurants and supermarkets around.
Beautiful self contained apartment with all facilites for cooking etc. Rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean and tidy. Host was very helpful and at hand to assist in any way. Ideally located a short distance from De Efteling and a short walk to local restaurants etc.
Room was very comfortable. Internet connection is pretty good for basic usage. Breakfast is good, not that many options but food quality is really great. Reception and staff were incredible and so polite. It's really close to Efteling and you have a supermarket next to the hotel.
The place is lovely, and for a family it was very convenient, spacious, clean and fun. The breakfast was wonderful. It was a great place on our way from Holland to Germany, but also if you are looking for a place nearby the Efteling, it is a wonderful place for that!
The best place I stayed on my entire two-week trip to Europe! Cozy room, fantastic breakfast options, great host, and exceptionally close to the Efteling park. The host went above and beyond in multiple ways to make my stay fantastic.
Ron is an amazing host, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts he made us had lots of variety and tasted really good. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.
You definitely want to stay here if you are going to Efteling.
Great location- only a five minute walk from the bus station and Efteling. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The large window had a great view. Nice, convenient place to stay if you are coming for Efteling !
Staff were incredible! Very friendly and very nice. Hotel has a very old charm that was welcome compared to your big chain hotels. The breakfast was very filling. Not heavy, but much light fare. Very good.
