Small tiny cottage, with 4 beds, table, 4 chairs and small kitchen corner with Basic equipement. We stayed only oné night, so this accomodation was sufficient. No fridge, no warher in the cottage. We did not meet the host or any camp staff, they let the keys in locker for us, which was great. Common toilets very clean.
Hoeve Berghof is located on the edge of Heerlen, just a 2-minute drive from the N281 highway. It offers non-smoking accommodation with free accommodation. The rooms have a seating area with a Smart...

Heerlen is small, welcoming and clean -- lots of nice restaurants and a fabulous Greek restaurant "El Greco" on Pancratiusplein 39. We would go to the El Greco again and again! Indoor skiing at Landgraaf not far away.

The city itself is not my destination.
The city itself is not my destination.
I spend 2 days, in which 1 day goes to Aachen (Germany), and the other day to Gaia Zoo and Kasteel Hoensbroek.
The public transport is convenient, if you plan your trip in advance.
Excellent value for an overnight stay while on business trip. This place is a beautifully restored old farmhouse. The host gave me a warm welcome, and was attentive to whatever I need. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived. Bed and room temperature were comfortable. Breakfast personally prepared by the host, food choices and quality was very good. Hotel is located near the expressway, so very easy to get to but noise was not a problem at all. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area.
Lovely B&B! The room was very clean and comfortable. The wall painting was referencing the mining history of the city. Shower was nice, the bed was comfortable, although slightly smaller than we're used to. Extensive breakfast, eggs are cooked for you on the spot by the owners. Walking distance from the center. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to spend a few nights in Heerlen.
The hotel was good, and location was great for what we needed it for. The only thing we struggled with was the temperature in the room. It was really hot (we did have a heatwave at the time), and the window's didn't open much. There's no air conditioning although the hotel had provided fans for each of the rooms.
Overall I was happy with the hotel and I would stay there again.
We stayed at Stadshotel Heerlen on our way to the German Christmas markets, it was a great room and at an amazing price! A special highlight was the staff, all of whom were extremely kind and welcoming and gave us lots of nice tips for food and local recommendations. And the breakfast buffet was a great value as well!
We came to the hotel for 2 nights with our family, adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed a lot, the room was clean and big enough, the bed was so comfortable, beautiful room and new. The breakfast was great, we got a wonderful service and if you wants to stay close to Maastricht area, this is the place to stay for night.
We stayed for two nights in this little gem of a hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and stylish. We loved the luxurious big bathroom. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The location is as stunning as it gets. If you want to enjoy the experience of a castle stay, this is the perfect opportunity!
Authentic and unique location. Very cozy feeling. Lovely people running the place. I would not want to go anywhere else when I am staying in Heerlen again. Everything was well taken care off. Good breakfast and a welcoming drink with a nice welcoming chat accompanied with it.

Too bad there is no hotel parking, but there is a paid and protected parking garage at 1 minute walk from the hotel.
A perfect weekend, just amazing the suite rooms in the castle with view on the parc. The nice terrasse by the water , excellent wine list, nice menu, real close to restaurant de Leuf, nice walking around in the surrounding nature area
We felt immediately at home in the apartment with its cozy and warm atmosphere, which is exactly what we wanted staying in Heerlen during holiday season. It was clean, and there was everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.
Great location next to herleen station.
The hotel manager was super friendly and understanding as we arrived later than checkin time. The room was very clean, and confortable, and the appartment had all amenities.
Clean, cosy and centrally located. Just as described here. The staff were very polite and professional. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you’re interested in travelling around Limburg. Thanks!
Perfect for cold weather weekend escape from Belgium:) easy to drive in, modern design, decent size of swimming pool, almost no one in gym, very good breakfast & overall tasty restaurant
