My husband and I loved our stay here. We found the room very comfortable albeit a little dated however it was very homely and warm….i liked that. A couple of little things prevented me from giving full marks. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience and the service was excellent. The food was not, in my opinion, the best. I believe there is a new chef so Im sure it will be sorted. We would go back in a heartbeat and stay in this accommodation. The area gave me a feeling of calmness and relaxation. Parking was not a problem.

The room we stayed in was huge and modern, quiet and clean. It's a lovely place just over the border from Germany, so you can go and shop there, and an hour drive to Valkenburg (witch is lovely) and 10 minutes from the lovely city of Venlo with a lot of vintage style shops.

what a very nice quiet hotel & restaurant we stayed for one night & the room was very clean nice bar & restaurant too the food was very good & a very nice breakfast too also we checked out on the king of Hollands birthday so there was a very nice little village activity going on just right outside the hotel it was lovely to see . I would highly recommend this location & would definitely stay here again .
Friendly reception. Excellent dinner buffet at 19:00. Good buffet breakfast availeble from 6:30. Good wifi. Cooler with drinks availeble. Easy going: you just keep a list of drinks, breakfasts and dinners consumed and pay these when checking out. TV with plenty of choice (netflix-videoland...). Close to the motorway. Hotel has horse theme.
Room was better than expected as hotel is a rather old building. It was really excellent; clean, big room, big bathroom, a small fridge was nice on a hot summer day. I think I was lucky in getting a room with balcony, but nevertheless balcony was a nice surprise :-) Wifi worked well, and no noise from street or other rooms.

Open plan bar & restaurant and plenty of outdoor seating. Travelling on motorbikes and we were able to leave them securely in a courtyard behind the hotel. Very helpful staff. Decent sized ensuite room.
